Kroger review: Unavailable sale items

They ran ad for 10/11 & 10/12 for Hormel Black label bacon $3.99lb. I visited the store the morning of 10/12 but they were out of the sale item and refused to provide a rain check. This is unprofessional, unethical, and evidence of mismanagement. The "manager" I spoke with was disinterested in resolving the issue.

I called Kroger HQ and was told that the store should have provided a rain check but that they couldn't issue one.
