Kroger review: Pharmacy

Called regarding a problem with pet prescription. Associate told me Good RX did not cover pet prescriptions any more. I asked when this stared and was told a good while ago, but yet they covered it last month. I called Good RX they looked up medication, quantity and dosage and told me it was covered. Called back, same associate answered told her what I found out and she said very rudely I could bring coupon and see if it works and hung up on me. I called to speak to manager Explained what transpired and was told that who I spoke to at Good RX didn't know what she was talking about. Told him I would think if you worked for that company they would know what was covered. Manager said he would have it filled and they would check the coupon when I came to pick up. This was not the first time this associate associate has been rude on the phone. I am very dissatisfied with the service. I have been a loyal kroger shopper and I feel this was not acceptable.
