Kroger review: Grocery pick up

I have been getting groceries from the online app for pick up since March of 2020. However recently when I order Kroger flavored water in a quart bottle, they do not bag them. I usually order between 8-16 bottles at a time. And they simply throw the bottles in my car. I get home and now have all of these bottles to get in my house that are not in any type of bag. This can mean an extra 6+ trips. Today there were 14 bottles plus the two bags of apples and a net bag of oranges that were not bagged. It is extremely inconvenient to get these all in the house.
