Kroger review: Fred myers pharmacy in richland washington

Pharmacy in Richland Washington has by far the worst customer service I have ever had in my life the representatives behind the counter are completely rude snooty and very disrespectful to the way they talk to their customers they make people feel like they're a burden and like we are wasting their time so you almost feel bad going to get your Prescriptions filled there. Somebody needs to have a talk with them and how they need to treat the customers because I know I'm not the only one that's complaining about it I heard three different complaints why I was standing in line waiting for them to figure out what they're doing with my prescription. Also I am a smart person so I decided to call it in early so I wouldn't have to wait as long I still ended up having to wait 30 minutes I will be changing pharmacies
