Kmart review: false advertising of survey! 115

Couldn't make my complaint at Kmart.com--no such web site. They don't want to hear my comments anyway. Cashiers are consistently rude, very frequently pay more at the register than is advertised in the aisle. What a racket.

I live within blocks of Super Kmart in Indpls IN, but I have reached my personal limit. Will never shop there again

Its sad to see how many folks take more time complaining than actually typing in the correct website information. I have never had a problem accessing the website. There is a complaint department (which we are on now) but if you just type kmartfeedback.com in your address space...wah lah...the survey pops right up...Imagine that...But then again...why should I care if a few less idiots are in front of me the next time I shop at the store with the lowest prices and the best value around...Have fun standing in line at WallyWorld!

I was in Kmart in chesapeake square to nite and was treated like a second class human.
I was in line to check out when the lady at the register told the man in from of me to put the chain across the aisle because she was going home. I looked up and down the registers and there was not a single other register open. After a bit of unpleasantness she told me to go to register six and someone would be there soon. I got there put my stuff on the register counter and stood. About 15 miutes later and a line to the back of the store the front end manager came over and opened register five. Told me I would have to ge to the back of the line. I told her hell no and she said I could wait until someone come on to work. About 45 minutes after i got into this line a real ambitious cashier who needs to work in a sleep factory came over and proceded to open the register. I could have done it in half the time and am not familiar with your rules, she finally checked me out and had the nerve to ask me if everything was alright. It was on, that was my last trip to Kmart, I did not think any store could get any sorrier than Wal-mart, but by damn, Kmart succeeded.

i went to htty://www.kmartfeedback.com and did the survey and entered the 2500 gift card give away. this is the first time I have gone on line and did a survey for kmart to win the 2500 gift card. Try and do as I did and you will get in to the survey.

I had a great experience with kmart.

I do not like the wysox kmart anymore. They advertise stuff that isn't even at their store, or they only have one or two of the items. For instance i was looking for a certain sweater for my daughter and they only had two of them and they were both the same size. They need to get more variety in their store. The store in Sayre, and Williamsport Pa are much better.

what a rip-off---kmart you ask for a survey to be done but no survey at address you gave...i'm usually a walmart customer but needed some thing for my dog and wanted to ck your store and you had it, good job----but also was looking for battery operated impact wrench but nothing --how can you sell craftsman tools and associates not know what they have to sell very disappointed...

I also could not get access to the survey for a chance to win a $2500.00 gift card. Unfortunately this is not the first one of such type of farce that I have encountered.

I also received a receipt stating I could enter to win the $2,500 gift card and no such site was found. KMart used to be a vital, popular store in our town but it has really gone down hill in the past several years.

I also tried to contact the kmartfeedback.com and all I found were multiple complaints. Seems like a scam to get information on consumers.

Something needs to be done about the service in all kmart stores! First its a big hassle to think your getting a sale price since the sign says that the item is on sale but the checkout disagrees, second your sales receipt says if you give your feedback you could win $2500 thats not true. The prices are high and the staff is no help. You think you would want to change your procedures and be proud of your store so that we are more willing to shop there. I hate shopping there, i will only go if it is a last resort. That doesn't say much for your store.

Was pleased with the service at K-Mart but,could not find the site for the feedback. My receipt #[protected] for items brought on 11-30-2007. Does this site really exist?

I THINK EVERYONE HAVE DIFFRENT EXPERIENCE IN SHOPPING AT KMART BUT MINE WAS ALWAYS GOOD. THE SERVICE IS EXELENT.

I went to the web site of the contest. No feed back survey. Why have it on the reciept if not available to us?

I just went to KMart and as usual they always scan things incorrectly and not on sale like whats in the paper. I had to argue with the cashier and ask for a manager. Plus the Kmartfeedback.com there is no such thing. I haven't shopped in KMart for years from past bad expierences and thought I'd try them out again since I was passing by and my lipstick was on sale. Well let me tell you never again. There are splenty of stores out there who have better deals and customer service.

Well I have to say that I don't have a complaint. But that I would like to say a BIG THANK-YOU to the cashier that waited on me in the Corbin, KY store on ll-29-2007. Even though she was the only one in the front of the store at the registers with many customers, she maintained a pleasant and courteous attitude. If only we could all maintain such an attitude this would be a much better to live. Thank you to Ms. Ashley for your most pleasant attitude during this busy holiday season.

Just like kmart to put out a false survey you are the only one on this side of town WALMART AND TARGET ARE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN. 9TIMES OUT OF 10 KMART DOESN'T HAVE WHAT WE NEED YOU, JUST DON'T ORDER TO FILL YOUR SHELFS. KMART GET A CLUE, SEARS CANT SAVE YOUKOKOMO IN IS BETTER WITH OUT YOU

I found the web site the second time I tried, I am not going to tell you, and lessen my chances, haha, but I will give you a hint.
HINT: go back the the basics on web addresses...

FYI people I to was very disappointed to learn that all this was pretty much a hoax, but I used different browsers and I FOUND IT they actually have a survey that you take.

This fake offer to win $2,500.00 gift card by kmart is a scam! There is no where to do a survey on kmartfeedback.com! Maybe we all should ban together and sue them for false advertisement or something. Any lawyers out there want to handle our complaint against Kmart? If so let us know. Maybe this is their Christmas spirit. They are the spirit of scrooge! Bah Humbug!

I am really disappointed in K-Mart. If they are trying to make a come back this is a hell of a way to do it.
I agree they have a long way to go to meet the the class and professionalism of Walmart and Meijers. I consider this a real cheap shot!
I would suggest that you take the advice of your customers to remove the false statements on your receipts of being entered into winning a 2500.00 gift card.
How sad it is that you have taken advantage of your customers in such a manner!

Kmart is just another store that I go to...I don't hate it and I don't love it...so there's no point in expressing a strong comment here...

I have tryed to file for the 2500 prize but I can't go on line for Kmartfeedback.com becouse it does not exist. When I buy in this store or any where else I always ask the mark down price if I think its wrong I give them a hard time right there and then. SAVES ME A LOT OF TROUBLE

I shopped at KMART Store #4860 on 11/26/07.
Went to 'enter contest for $2,500. prize. Can't find survey!
I shop at this store at least two or three times a month.
I also take advantage of the 'free' internet access. At least I'm thankful for that.

Well what a disapointment ! I actually had a Great experience at the K-mart store to share. And was putting It in today before the seven day deadline. This really BITE's.

i to would like to enter the nonexisting 2500 draw. my other complaint is the pricing on merchandise that doesnt exist not on the shelf eather. no price no purchase.

Incorrect pricing was fixed at check out quickly.
