Today I went into my local Costco store to set up an audiology meeting for new BiCros hearing aids. I was informed by the Audiology Dept. receptionist that they could not serve me because I owed them money. They said they had phoned me several times to let me know I owed money but I had not responded. This may be true because I do not answer the phone...

I was in Costco and had our rebate check and was denied using it because my wife’s name was in it and not mine. Our cards are connected and I paid the members ship a few months back. She is the primary account I guess. I don’t understand why I can use the rebate check but your company has no problem letting me pay for the membership and not my wife. I have never been more embarrassed in a lineup of people having that denied and me scrambling to get enough money in my account since you don’t take CC.
Desired outcome: I would like a formal apology and this rectified. This raised the cost for me as now I will be charged in my CC for transferring cash to my bank card. 500 GC is what I want
wallet stolen while 2 employees ignored the situation
This is a significant complaint. On Saturday Sept 16 in the morning, I was shopping in your store at Britannia and Mavis. An elderly man and a young man stole my wallet out of my purse. I saw them and starting screaming - this man just stole my wallet. THERE WERE 2 COSTCO EMPLOYEES NEAR BY - I ASKED THEM TO HELP ME SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY JUST IGNORED ME. Finally, the younger man pretended to find my wallet behind some skids - of course the money was gone. By the time I went to report this to the front, they were gone. Shoppers are clearly not safe in your store. Why did those employees not call Security immediately. These 2 people would have been caught. Instead I felt very unsafe and unprotected in your store even though 2 male employees were present. I will cancel my membership and never enter again. I have been a faithful customer for over 30 years. You should be embarrassed at your employees behaviour.
