I purchased a Stihl BGA 18V AI Cordless Leaf Blower Kit online on 12/18/2022. I am trying to get this product registered for the warranty. I came into the Romeoville store with my driver’s license on 12/19/2022 and spoke with a manager to have this information inputted into the Stihl database. I was told that my information would be entered into the Stihl database on the same day and that I would get an email. This was not done. I provided the manager my driver’s license to have this warranty information inputted into the Stihl database on 12/19/2022.

Once you pay the bill they don't give a crap about your satisfaction. I don't suggest buying from here for your own safety.
It doesn't matter how many times I placed the order they were canceled every single time with no explanations provided!
I called them numerous times to figure this out, but they didn't answer any of my questions, they only wanted me to give them my email, so only then they would contact me. What a nonsense! Why can't you just talk to me, huh?

I have purchased set of autumn tires from Blans Farm and Fleet. I have received defective tires, which started to leak couple of weeks later. When I returned to their office, their rep told me that the manager was unavailable, but the manager’s assistant knew nothing. Other workers simply talked with each other and surfed in the Internet.
Their services were unprofessional and I wouldn’t buy from them again. It wasn’t worth it.

My son went to have an aligniment done on his car.He did not have a center link, he went to nappa to get the part. Farm and fleet told him it would now cost him time and a half because he bought the part himself (farm and fleet does not carry part). He asked the auto service manager, why the mark up? his response, "it's company policy"
No other explanition, well it is apparent that farm and fleet has a "policy" that if they can't overcharge you bye inflating the cost of the part they just come right out and tell you, we want more money just because, we were unabale to overcharge you on the sneek...nice
