Hello,
There is a person at the kia dealership in penticton who has told me "because she dared contact the head office of kia"... That i'm never allowed to have my car serviced there again! I purchased my car there, the engine died, they charged me $1400. For their engine failure... And did more damage to my car! They disconnected the heated seats, they put a large dent in the passenger side rear bumper - then they lie about it all. A woman name "tesh" who works there - has told me that i'm never allowed to deal there again! These people are liars and theives and i'm tired of it! I do not abuse, swear, or cause harm... But that tesh certainly lies a lot! I'm not the only customer to have this problem with her! How can I have my kia repaired? I'm so sick of the run-around and the lies. I'm a 76 year old woman who worked in the supreme court - I don't lie and I don't abuse! I just want the damage they did repaired properly!
Claimed loss: All together - because the engine on the Kia failed - this has cost me $8,000. Your dealership REFUSED ME A COURTESY CAR and I live where there is no rapid transit.
Desired outcome: Tesh should be fired and DECENT PEOPLE who don't lie and steal from people, hired for that dealership!!!
