KIA Motors review: shows no booking and no delivery scheduled. poor customer service

I booked Kia Seltos HTK+ Silver Petrol from Khushi Cars, Nashik, Maharashtra. I booked on 22 Aug 2019 with payment of 25,000. No delivery of car till date. Got to know that showroom erroneously book Top diesel model on my name. Late delivery causing me serious inconveniences as my finances are stuck. Bad service. my booking amount is blocked. No proper reply from showroom. Kia Twitter account also is not responding on my queries.
