Dear Concern Officer,
I have purchased Seltos on 18th November 2019 by cash with temporary no UP-32TC0748 and informed by store officer to provide the Registration number with Number plate within 10 days time.
But unfortuetely your store team is not able to update the date on when they will provide the registration paper and number plates.Today I visited the store and again the story of taking few more days come to my knowledge.
In absence of registration paper Im not able to move Delhi/ outside and bound to keep my vehicle at home.
Your store staff has informed that we shall coordinate with the middle man who is doing registration from RTO office. If this is the situation then why they are taking responsbility of registration which we can do by our own.
Pl look in the issue immidietely.
