At first glance, I was blown away by the exterior of the garage at Carwise. Compared to other garages I've visited, this one was spotless! There was no trash lying around or piles of junk cluttering up the place. It was pristine and impressive!

But that wasn't the only thing that impressed me. The way they assessed the damage to my car was done in a professional manner. They took their time to thoroughly examine the damage, wrote up an estimate, and printed out all the necessary documents for my reference.

On the day I was supposed to drop off my car, everything was ready for me. And when I picked it up three days later, I was amazed at how well they had fixed the damaged area. It was as if it had never happened!

But the icing on the cake was when I saw that they had detailed my car inside and out. It was such a treat to see my car looking so clean and shiny.

Overall, I highly recommend Carwise to anyone who needs their car fixed. They are professional, efficient, and do an amazing job.

I had a big mess with my 2013 Toyota RAV4. Passport Toyota, the folks i bought the car from, told me to go somewhere else 'cause they couldn't fix it coz' it's too old (what the heck?). Then, I rang up the insurance and they told me to go check out Clinton Auto Body. I had't heard of 'em before, but they're the real deal. I swear, it looks like my RAV4 just came outta' the factory - good as new! If ya ever have car trouble - definitely give 'em a call, they'll take care of ya. Patty is the gal who'll handle everything for ya, and I tell ya, she's the best of the best!

So, I's got this Hyundai Santa Fe Sport that had a pretty bad front-end crash after it got backed into while parked. I had been using Mike's for some of my past work needs and decided to stick with them for the photo taking and insurance estimates I needed after this accident. Once I dropped off my whip, it took a lil' bit longer than what I planned, but that's okay since I knew that they were doing their best to make sure my baby was gonna come back looking like new.

And let me tell ya, when I came back to pick up my Hyundai, I was beyond pleased with the job that they'd done. It truly did look like it was fresh off the assembly line, not even like it had had any type of major damage in the past. They even cleaned up the insides nice and drew the dust bunnies out with that vacuum. I drove it away feeling like I was doing my thang in a brand new whip.

In the end, I gotta say that I'm really happy with the services provided by Mike's. They stayed on top of their game and did the most they could to fix up my car. So, if you're looking for a spot that does some good work and gets it done right, I'd definitely recommend giving these folks a go.

This website, Carwise, is owned by a company called CCC. These guys provide information to body shops so they can make estimates on damages to cars. They want you to be part of their referral network. But to do that, you gotta buy their software, which will run you about $750 a month. That's a lot, right? And here's the problem - they don't tell you that up front when you come to the site. As an owner of a body shop that doesn't use their software, it's hard to get customers to come to us. Sites like this should be straight with people. They really just want to trick folks who don't know any better into signing up for their referral network. It's not fair and it's not right.

So, you're thinking about buying a car from Carwise? Well, let me tell you about my recent experience with a Honda Ridgeline. Now, I'm not against Carwise, but if you're considering a Honda Ridgeline, be warned. There is a really annoying motor noise that comes from the dashboard that Honda knows about but can't seem to fix - or maybe they just don't want to!

The factory says it's just a "characteristic of the vehicle" and all the dealerships know it's a problem. But when I bought my Honda Ridgeline from AutoNation Honda in Tucson, they didn't tell me about it at all. And since then, I've had other people tell me that they've had the same noise going all the way back to 2009. Maybe that's why the Honda Ridgeline was off the market for a while.

Now, don't get me wrong - the Honda Ridgeline is a nice car to drive. It's got great gas mileage and handles well on the road. But that noise in the dashboard just gets more frequent and louder as time goes on. Trust me, it will drive you crazy!

So, my advice to you is to avoid buying a Honda Ridgeline from Carwise. If you're looking to spend your hard-earned money on a new car, go somewhere else. There are plenty of other options out there that won't drive you nuts with an annoying motor noise.

Yo, listen up! So, last year on June 25th, I found out that the front bumper on my leased 2016 Mercedes-Benz E400 W212 wasn't up to snuff. It had some janky repair job going on with the lower front right end, and it was really not looking good. Luckily, I found myself a real champ in Scott Baker from McCollum Auto Body in Vancouver.

This dude took the time to actually come out and take a look at my ride himself, and immediately he spotted the issues with my bumper. Scott whipped up an estimate on the spot, and I gotta say, it was a fair price. So I took my busted bumper over to McCollum Auto Body, and damn if they didn't just knock it out of the park with the repair job. Bill the painter was an artist, pure and simple. That bumper looked so fresh and so clean, it was like seeing my car for the first time all over again.

The paint job was just killer - Bill matched it perfectly to the rest of the car, and it was so glossy and smooth, it was like looking in a mirror. The black paint had all this metallic shimmer going through it, it was like magic. Scott made sure that I was happy with the results, and I gotta say, I'm happier than a kid who just robbed a candy store.

Finally, I managed to find a body shop that knows what they're doing. McCollum Auto Body is the real deal, and I would recommend them to anyone who wants their ride to look fresh as a daisy. Carwise is legit the best car shop out there. I def give them 12 stars cause they did an amazin job on my car. So I had a 2013 Mini Cooper and some crazy driver next to me totally messed up two of my panels. It was so bad, there were like white lines all over my black car. I thought I would have to spend at least a grand to get it fixed, but Ken, the owner, is a miracle worker and he said he could clean it up for me instead. Plus, he said he would fix up any other scratches on my car too. So I was like heck yeah, let's do it.

When I saw my car again, I couldn't even recognize it. It was like it just came off the dealer lot. I was totally shook, like I kept walkin around it to make sure it was actually my car. And it was all cleaned up too - inside and out! I couldn't believe it when he only charged me $150. Ken is a real hero and I am forreal recommending him and Carwise to everyone I know.

I had an experience with Classic Collision in Aloha when my truck was hit and run. My insurance company recommended this place and I took my vehicle there. The mechanic told me it would take some time to fix it because of the covered parts. After waiting for about two weeks, I received a call from the shop. They told me that my truck was fixed, but they had accidentally wrecked it while moving it outside the shop. No apology or any other kind of relief was offered to me. I was informed that they would fix it again and call me when it was done.

Although part of me was skeptical about their authenticity, I decided to let them handle it because it would be an ordeal to start over with another repair shop. Upon arriving, I noticed that nobody apologized for their mistake or the inconvenience that was caused. As if this wasn't bad enough, my truck was dirty on the inside and had a nasty smell.

A few days later, I received a survey asking me about my experience. I responded with the same tone as I am writing this review now. I was so frustrated that I went on Carwise to see if other customers had similar experiences and planning to write a review. However, to my surprise, there were no reviews listed for Classic Collision in Aloha, and this made me angrier. I was shocked because their website emphasized the importance of customer service, yet there was none provided.

All I wanted was a simple apology, but this was not given to me. I consider the lack of an apology as a lie to the customers, and it's a shame that a shop like this still exists. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone and would advise others to avoid this terrible shop. Shame on you Carwise and classic collision aloha for not providing better customer service.

Whoa, man! My experience with Amwell Auto Body in Hillsborough, NJ was out of this world. Before I start, I gotta give props to Walko's Automotive Service in Manville, NJ for hooking me up with Amwell Auto Body. I get my ride serviced at Walko's on the regular and they always do top-notch work. They pointed me in the direction of Amwell because they do the same kinda stuff - thorough and exceptional. Anyways, I was driving my brother's whip, a 2010 Toyota Avalon, when I got into a fender bender just a couple houses away from home. Not my fault, so no skin off my back, but the damage was pretty gnarly - scratches and dents on the entire right side of the car.

I took it over to Amwell Auto Body and met Tara, who was super chill and helpful the whole time. She let me know when the car was ready and even finished the job two days ahead of schedule. She called me up but I was busy that day, so I told her I'd come pick it up the next day. But let me tell you, I was pretty nervous about what I was gonna see when I got there. I thought for sure something would be outta whack or the paint job would be shoddy or something. I was freaking out a little, but I walked over to Amwell the next day to pick up the car.

I saw a black Toyota Avalon in the lot and I was like, "No way, that can't be my brother's car, it looks too good!" But sure enough, it was his ride. And it looked like it was fresh off the lot, dude. Shiny and clean, everything matched, nothin' was outta place, no corners cut. I was blown away. I told Tara I needed to know who worked on the car so I could personally thank 'em, and she hooked me up with the names of Paul and Jay. Those dudes seriously deserve a trophy. Every little detail was taken care of on that car, man. They did an amazing job.

carwise.com is definatly not the place you wanna get your car loan from. Their customer service is just plain awful. I tried to get some answers about my car loan but they just kept givin me the run around. And to make thangs even worse, they threatened to take my car back and have it towed after I done put down a down payment. Aint that just the pits? I wouldnt wish that experience even on my worst enemy. So do yourself a favor and stay away from carwise.com. Theres gotta be better options out there.

I was trying to get some help with this review they had up for a shop that didn't do a good job on my car, but they was straight up ignoring me.

I'm telling you right now, if you need some help with your car repairs, stay away from Carwise. And don't even get me started on CCS Charlotte, the shop that Carwise recommended to me. They didn't do no better job either.

And, I gotta say, I do appreciate the way they lay out all the info and prices for each job on the website. Makes it easy for me to compare and figure out what's in my budget.

Overall, I'll give 'em a C-, just cause of that whole scratch thing. But, if you're lookin' for a good resource for car repairs and comparison shopping, Carwise might just do the trick. Ain't perfect, but then again, what is?

Carwise is a website that lets you buy cars. They're not too bad, but it took them awhile to get my car after I gave them money. They've been doing this for awhile, but you wouldn't know it with how long it took. The people there didn't seem to know what they were doing, and they messed up the paperwork a few times. It was pretty confusing, and not organized at all. I wouldn't say it's the worst experience I've ever had, but it's definitely not the best. I've had worse experiences with other dealerships, like Green Ford.
