KIA Motors – Personal import vehicle - KIA NIRO 2019

Greetings,

I am kindly writing to seek for assistance in regard to my vehicle. This vehicle was imported from UK by my late parents in 2019. There seem to be an issue with the hybrid system. A warning sign recently appeared: "check hybrid system, turn off engine". I cannot drive the vehicle as it does not move with the speed. KIA based in Fiji is not able to help me because this was imported by my late parents in 2019 and also they do not have the tool to diagnose the problem. I need help as I need this issue to be fixed. Kindly seeking your advice and assistance in this matter.
