I ordered the enough food for today - and tomorrow

8 piece original and then 8 more for tomorrow plus sides. We ordered via doordash and got confirmation from doordash the order was placed. I waited 1 hour 15 minute and the dasher arrived at the store and the store said there wasn't an order. I've talked to door dash the issue was on your side. This is new years eve for a party and you screwed me over in front of my friends and family. The order total was 49.93 and now I have to try and find something else because when I call the store all it does is go to busy every call. I'm not sure if they have kids just sitting on the phone but this pisses me off. If I wasn't disabled I would drive there but I can't. I'm not sure what and if you will do anything but a phone call or email would be great from the location explaining how they are going to fix this. I love kfc but if this is how your locations are run i'll have to go elsewhere.
