KFC review: service

We were totally excited when we saw that there was a KFC coming to Red Oak. When the store opened I went to place an order, I was very specific about what I wanted, when I received my order it was completely wrong, I gave the benefit of the doubt. I went back a second time placed my order, order was completely wrong. The manager gave me a bag of those horrible chocolate chip cookies to make up for the error. I went back a third time placed my order, again it was wrong. I explained to the manager on duty that each time I come there there is a problem with my order and I am considering not coming back. I decided to give one last opportunity tonight. I pulled up to order a pot pie, the attendant said they were out. I will not go back again. I will continue to visit the Desoto location. This restaurant is not ready for business and should be shut down.
