A fight broke out behind the counter amongst staff
So terrible I left the franchise

This is unacceptable behaviour by staff members representing Kentucky Fried Chicken

This disruption caused the entire franchise to come to a standstill

Shocking behaviour by the staff. It caused me to demand a refund after having placed my order and will not be going back to KFC again
