KFC review: Service and attitude when they make errors

I live in Milton ON, My kids unfortunately love KFC so we use the KFC in town on a regular basis. I have been buying KFC for about 2 years at this KFC. Every time i go through the drive through I say to myself "got to complain" well finally I am. In my last 15 purchases I have not got what I ordered or paid for at this KFC. And a few times I actually drove back to get them to fix my order. Every time I do that I'm the Evil one, how dare I complain. But if they actually paid attention when I place my order they will get it right... you know what I think Im done will get my kids to like MacDonald's as it is very close to the KFC.

When you use the Drive through they make u feel like they are doing you a favour serving you. So sick of it ...
