KFC review: refused to make food at 9:30pm

Staff members refused to make tenders at 9:30pm. Dante was the cashier and the manager on staff tossed food on counter.
Please be advised that this franchise is operating against the regulated policy.
Date of service: 07/14/2019
Manager on staff was very aggressive at the window while handling food items. Manager presented drinks at the window without receiving a request from the customer. The manager stated that after 9 pm no other food besides "chicken and sides" would be served.
This is not the policy I read on the KFC website.
