We made a online order, canceled and placed another order via 1100 St Mary's Road Winnipeg Mb, charge for both were immediate, but as mentioned, we canceled the first order within 5 min and are unable to receive credit for the first cancelation, this was since Nov 30th!

So insure of your order prior to issuing as who knows when you will receive credit!

Desired outcome: Pay our Money Back!
