Sirs,
On the Green Bay WI KFC website Ashwaubenon store says Preorder and pay pick up inside. Well even with covid (EXCUSE) they made me go through a long drive through once I got there to pick up my pre paid order. How dumb is that! I could have just ordered through drive through them. Still had to wait in a long line. And please don't use covid as an excuse. Pickup in store means you don't wait in a long line! I won't be going again because when I got home the chicken was barely breaded and not crispy at all! And was expensive. So no more KFC for us. Such a bummer you aren't the company you used to be and have raised prices through the roof on us consumers.
