We wanted a bucket of thighs and legs with 2 large sides plus a side of wings. The clerk said he could give us a better deal. Turns out the so-called better deal was dried out chicken that sat in a warmer way to long and not what we ordered.
We never order wings in a bucket meal because they are all bone and won't feed a family. It was supposed to be an 8 piece legs and thighs. We got 4 wings, 2 thighs, and two small legs for $20.00. We also wanted a 12 piece non spicy chicken wings and ended up with Spicy HBQ KY wings. The order came to $34.02. When we sat down to eat we were totally flabbergasted that our order was all wrong and we couldn't return it as we already dished it out. I am looking for some compensation for a meal that wasn't as expected. We are very disappointed with this KFC. We and our company have never received this kind of food from this KFC before.
