Ordered online and it said it would be ready at 4:07 pm so I go to the selected KFC go inside and tell the lady at the counter I have an online order she says "what is that?" So I gave her the confirmation email and she says "ok just wait" after sitting down she yells across the restaurant to me " we don't have no wedges so you gonna wait 20 minutes" I replied can I substitute I don't have time to wait? She says " ugh I guess, what do you want?" I receive my food and I ask for honey for the biscuits. She just throws them all on the counter doesn't say anything or bother to even get them close to me. She was rude and unprofessional and I'll never return to this KFC and I'll be sure to tell my friends, family And coworkers to not to return to this one either.

I went today for lunch for my office. I ordered 5 #8 meals. I ask for a total to 2 mountain dew, 2dp's, and 1 sweet tea. I received all pepsi's and of the 5 meals I received 4. I had to drive back to kfc and the lady did not give a receipt for any of the meal and charge $12 for each box. i don't even know if that is correct. I was given on the meal I went back to get the worst pieces of the chicken you can get. I will not go back to this KFC ever again
