KFC review: No coleslaw available. Wrong dinners received.

Place: KFC Germantown, WI, June 1, 2020, approximately 6:00pm. I went through the drive through to get my favorite coleslaw. I decided to also pick up dinner while I was there. First I was told they were out of coleslaw. I ordered two, two piece all white meat dinners. When I got home I received two, two piece dark meet dinners. Neither my husband or I like dark meat! One of the Pepsi's tasted like water and the other diet Pepsi was marked as Dr Pepper, but was un-identifiable. I tried calling to complain at about 6:20pm and the phone just rang and rang until it went dead. I called back again with the same result, no answer. Where did everyone go? This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at any fast food restaurant!
