KFC review: My drive-thru order was all wrong

I went to the drive-thru and ordered the leg & thigh meal and added a side of macaroni and cheese my meal came with mashed potatoes and gravy and a soda when I got home the soda was completely flat I had one piece of chicken that was hard and dry didn't have my mashed potatoes and gravy and I was on my way home from work it was too tired to go back and complain this is the second time I have gone through this drive-thru and had a problem with the food I'm very disappointed cuz I love KFC but I don't think I'm going to go back to there store anymore just wasted my money didn't get what I wanted

Desired outcome: My money back or a free meal to replace the one they messed up that I didn't get
