KFC review: lack of food

I was at the above location at 8:10 tonight The listed hours of operation are until 10pm. Friday night and at 8pm there was no grilled chicken prepared and they did not offer to prepare any or ask me if I wanted anything else. I was very disappointed at not having the food prepared and at the lack of caring with the staff.
