I walked into kfc in tallulah la and specifically asked for my food to be cooked fresh reason being the wings are only being cooked for 9 minutes and they are not done all the way through. The workers refused to drop fresh wings and cook them longer. She told me it would take 14 minutes then 5 minutes later tried giving me wings that were already cooked instead of cooking the wings I requested to make sure they were done all the way through. I will never ever go to tallulah, louisiana kfc the service is horrible. I have 15 coworkers who all are training in this town and we've all had horrible experiences and really refuse to come back to this location.

I returned a crispy piece of chicken(breast) i ordered a $5 fill up original. The manager at the murfreesboro location by the name of David name tag said general manager but he refused to replace my order. He said he did not know where the chicken came from . He was very rude and not helpful. I will never patronize this location again. For a $ 5 replacement he has lost a life time customer. I think he needs more customer service training . I was not pleased at all
