KFC review: Horrid service & meal

Rolled up to outside microphone & man said, "if you want any chicken we don't have any. I was taken aback & said"this is a chicken store, but you have no chicken?" no the waits an hour. I decided to pull over after giving my order & wait. My ticket was 1426 at 4:56 pm on 2021-03-01 for a total of $45.44. In about an hour the cashier brought my order to the car. She was very nice. I thanked her and drove off. When I got home and opened the bags I was missing a large order of fries, an extra 1/2 dozen of additional biscuits & no condiments that I ordered. I am a usually very patient person. However, this was dinner time & they had no chicken? What was he doing. At least 6-8 cars drove away when they found out no chicken. One woman picked up a pre order. I got very annoyed first at how abrupt he spoke to me. Didn't bother to even welcome me, but kept it to myself as I sat waiting. When I got home & found out the missing items I admit I was furious. I picked the box of chicken off the bucket without realizing it was put on top of the bucket upside down & chicken fell all over the counter top. Because I was the only customer there & the order wasn't right I headed to the phone & rang about it. After a long ring the phone was answered & put on the counter where I watched the empty seconds add up. I eventually hung up & called again. No answer! About 2hrs later I made my final call & no answer. I love kfc chicken, but this is the worst store i've ever been to. Even though i'm nutty enough to keep going back because I like kfc food yesterday's service was it! It was supper time, no one there, I waited 45 min & I get service like this! It's inexcusable! Why would there be no chicken ready at supper time? I think I should have a refund of my money $45.44 & another dinner compt for all I went thru for a 16 piece meal with extras. It was ridiculous!
