KFC review: freshness, attitude and excessive wait

We paid $50 for two chicken tender meals and would told it would be about 5 minutes. They asked that we pull to the side. After 15 minutes we went inside to figure out what was going on. It turns out that they have our food to someone else. After 40 minutes we finally received our meal. The chicken was undercooked, the biscuits and potato wedges were stale. Your manager acted like we were bothering her with this issue. This is absolutely unacceptable. I understand mistakes happen but 45 minutes and $50 for an inedible meal? I guess now we know that poor quality is the reason so many are closing.
