Complaint concerning food quality at Jefferson City to 37760. Purchased family meal at 4:30 pm on Saturday 11-23-19. Chicken was horrible. So burnt that the breading was black. Sides were fine but chicken was inedible. Had to pull all breading off and toss it n garbage. Didn't realize quality was so bad until we got home and as we live 15 miles from store wasn't going back. If this was a one time thing might chalk it up to luck of the draw but this is the third time in a row that food quality has been getting worse n worse. I have to say that after spending quite a bit of money and looking forward to a good meal, I am disappointed with KFC. I would suggest you guys keep an eye on this store as something not good is going on there. It's almost like they don't give a [protected]@?.
