KFC review: everything

My wife and I ordered a $20 fill up all dark half crispy half regular, two drinks, and a 6 piece fried wings unsauced but we asked for buffalo and Nashville hot to test which ones we would order in the future.

We were told we would have to wait at least 10 minutes to get crispy chicken. We said no problem as long as everything is fresh. After getting our food, the regular chicken was not fresh and extra greasy, the crispy was fresh, but we did not get all dark. We did not get the sauces either. I knew they were busy, but my wife stood for 10 minutes and gave up, then I went up and had to almost grab someone.

Tina, the manager and our order taker told me they don't give out sauces and it was company policy. I would not have ordered the wings if I knew I would not get sauce.

Overall the sides were the best part of the meal. The chicken was so greasy it was hard to eat and the wings were not enjoyable as we did not have sauce.

I probably won't be back to this location if this is the product they serve customers.
