KFC review: customer service

Everyone & when I say everyone from the lowest person there to the highest which is your store manager / general manager is rude. Every time I go there they are always rude. Now if your managers are being rude also what kind of structure are they putting to the store? & it's not only to me it's every customer that walk inside as if they don't enjoy they're job. Another prime example, I was waiting for my order and this guy walked in and no one was in the front to attend him so he spoke out for someone to attend to him. Being that they wasn't in the front they proceeded to give him an attitude as if it as his fault that no one was doing there job. Then when a young lady came up to the front, she then proceeded to give him an attitude while taking his order, the guy got so frustrated he said he wanted nothing and walked out the store. That's business lost right there.
