KFC review: Could not purchase chicken with a coupon + prier

I visit my K.F.C. often here in Palatka, Florida and I have just returned with No chicken. When I drove up to the window there was no greeting so I said I have a coupon for your 7 piece bucket and lady said our coupons are not coming up and I waited for to say any and not hearing anything else I drove to the window to ask what it meant coupons not coming up and she said the computer will no read the coupons. So I said you mean I can't use it and she said yes. Well the week before I went and had a coupon and she said I can only honor this one and I said I want to and will pay full price for the 2nd 2 piece bucket and she said we don't have much chicken so I did not get the second bucket and when I got home there was only dark meat in the bucket and my company was appalled and so was I.
This person or persons that runs this K.F.C. has no social skills or does she know how to talk to people.
I will not go back to this K.F.C. until I know I can get what I want.
I now see why Popeyes does so well in close proximity to this K.F.C. establishment and why they put a new Popeyes in East Palatka. They no longer have and competition that satisfies the chicken customers in our town except Popeyes.
