KFC review: Chicken fingers

I'm writing because the location in Muscatine has been unwilling to replace a bad fryer (as was told to me last year when my order was toxic tasting due to oil that had broken down which causes a toxic oil.) once again we're unable to eat the chicken with horrible toxic taste & miserable nearly meatless dried up chicken fingers. Also they couldn't fill my order for 12 pieces, and even the sides were nothing like they should be. I won't be back, it's too expensive to get food that has to be thrown out.

Desired outcome: Iâ€™d like to sue them for selling food from a broken down fryer and oil thatâ€™s turned toxic.
