KFC review: Chicken dinner

On 7-13-20 stopped at KFC at Pauls Valley at 7:30 pm and ordered a chicken dinner with mac and cheese. They informed me no mac and cheese so they substituted mashed potatoes then I asked for green beans also. They gave me the food and I noticed no silverware. I asked; they said they were out of plasticwear. I said I want my money back, I cannot eat mashed potatoes without a fork. They said they could not take food back after I handled it. I said I want my money back; they said they can't do that either. I asked for store manager number and called him - Mark. He said sorry he did not know there was a problem and hoped next trip to his KFC would be better.
I called your 800 number to file complaint; first guy hung up on me; second one took information and said thank you. This is unacceptable! Should not sell something someone cannot eat! And I should have my money back!
