I have been on hold with customer service for 25 min. I have to say that this is the worst order I have ever gotten. The chicken is very greasy, no white meat and even the fries were poor quality. Maybe your oil is old I don't know but you should not be serving such poor food to paying customers. I don't order from KFC very often because it's always a little greasy but never this bad. I am very disappointed was looking forward to my supper. This will be the last time I order from KFC. My stomachs now upset because I had some fries. My husband only had 2 pieces of chicken and some fries and didn't enjoy it. I will be putting in a formal complaint about this order. I would like my money back. I sent this email 10 days ago with no response. Very poor customer service!
