KFC review: Burnt chicken and rock hard biscuit.

On 10/14/2023 I went to the KFC at 1812 NW Topeka Blvd, Topeka, KS at 3:10pm. My ticket was #2320. I ordered the 2pc Combo. When I got home and opened the box I found 2 pieces of burnt chicken (original recipe) and a cold, rock hard biscuit. I was very disappointed. Living on a fixed income, paying $7.97 for a bowl of mashed potatoes and gravy, which were good, is not worth it.

Desired outcome: A coupon to try it again would be very much appreciated.
