Incorrect order / manager and employee rude / refund
I really like KFC and I used to Work at a KFC when I was in High school. Loved it. But on 11/15/22 I went to a KFC, and it was HORRIBLE the service and the manager. I asked for a refund, and he charged me 2 times still didn't get my refund.
the lady at the window was rude I had to repeat myself more than once. it was an easy order 3 peace chicken with fries and mash potatoes. you would think it's easy to have to pull to the side and make sure it was correct to have to go inside because they mist up the order. The manager was rude and looked at me like I was bothering him. I asked for a refund, and he told Sasha the casher at the window to shut up meltable time. when I asked for her name, she said I'm taking care of it and my name is Reginald. Luckily, I had the recite. My ticket is 1657 Restaurant H667015.
As you can see in the picture, I was charged 2 times at KFC then I went to MCD. I'll Never go there again.
the only reason I'm saying anything now is because I looked at my account and trusted Reginald to refund the money back.
Desired outcome: I need my refund that the manager never gave me and charged me 2 times. My refund is $21.32 KCF H667015
Advertised meal not available

I placed an order through the kfc app with my card. After selecting and putting my details, when i hit place order it deducted the price and showed me a message saying "payment has not been authorized". I called the helpline and they instructed me very poorly that it would be refunded in 2 3 working days. I was told to place another order so i did the second day and the same thing happened. I got ripped twice.
I havent recieved my refund yet for the order i placed which deducted the payment but did not place, its been 2 weeks and i had been told i would be refunded in 2 3 working days. I have placed complain through their help line number and mailed too but there was no response from their side.

KFC Qatar when ordered online will send you email that your order is confirmed and will arrive in 1hr , then after one hour you can call the customer care to know that the order is not processed and he will say sorry sir I will make it urgent ,then you wait for another 1hr and then call again to customer care ,and will be surprised to know that he will make it more urgent processing which will be delivered in another1hr.KFC Qatar online service has done this many times with me which is really sad when children are waiting for food and the customer care gives another 1hr for delivery. KFC Bucket
I ordered KFC 12pcs bucket meal from Al Khor Branch Nov 8, 2022. When I got home when we checked the bucket they only gave 8pcs chicken. We tried to reach out to customer service to complaint about it. She told she will reach out with the branch. No further actions taken, we are waiting for their call. No one called. Really disappointed with KFC Al khor.
Boneless lunch
I ordered the Boneless Lunch from you Nelson store and received no chips with it. I then tried to contact your store but no one would pick up. This annoys me as I’m a loyal customer and should not have to deal with this. This happened at your Tahunanui store at around 11:45. I left the photo spot with a blank picture because I can’t take a photo of something not there. I hope you fix this issue soon

Vegan burger and raw fries
I was so so disappointed after my purchase of vegan burger in Perry street Gravesend Kent UK KFC
Burger was a shop bought QUORNE Fillet not as in COLONEL RECIPE COST WAS £4-99. Just for the QUORNE fillet in a soggy bun. It had no flavour and about 3 pieces of lettuce. It took me 35 min to be served because priority is given to delivery orders.
As for the fries, they were cooked on hi temperature raw on the inside and over done on the outside.
WHOLE FOOD WAS DISGUSTING. I can assure you it was my first and last time in KFC. See pictures of my HORRIBLE meal.

Desired outcome: Apart from refund , as I have no desire to have KFC vegan burger unless there are huge changes made to product. why can’t company come up with a vege zinger burger spicy and interesting.
Missing products and worst costumer service
Actually I placed an order at you franchise at rajpura Punjab. I didn’t received proper order. Order was no. 15 unlimited bucket and a Smokey chicken strip. Was missing one piece of Smokey chicken strips, a sauce as well.
At first they asked me to wait for 15 mins which I did without any problem. They after 15-20 mins I got an incomplete order. Additionally the staff Costumer service was really bad. I visited this branch few weeks ago as well and had the same issues. But it was the first time so I didn’t made any complaints. But it’s happening almost every time. The dine in was also a mess. Felt like they haven’t cleaned it

Bad service at KFC located in Athens Ga.
I went to the Kfc in athens ga., located on Barnett schools rd. I placed my order at 3:46 pm. I then began my wait! The person that took my order was Calondra.
And I waited almost half an hour, I went to the counter they brought the order of
a couple that placed their order about 15 minutes after me. I asked to speak to the manager who had been setting in a car in the parking lot. I showed her my receipt with the time on it, she stated she had just came in, and asked what I wanted to do. I told her I wanted my money back. They brought the trey the chicken was over cooked and there was no biscuit. I asked what was the number of the corporate office, The manager stated it was on the internet. I asked her name and the mgr stated it doesn't matter. She then told me to not come back!
This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. The service is slow and the Mgr, is only there to get a paycheck. She has a very bad mouth and seemed like she didn't care. With employees like this KFC will go down the tube. I left without a meal and lost 45 min. that I will never get back!
Desired outcome: The manager should be replaced and someone needs to do some quality control!
Dunked wings heidelberg, gauteng
KFC Heidelberg Gauteng the most pathetic services ever. The manager (Nicky) clearly is not aware of the new slogan "if it is not to the delicious taste that you are used to you can exchange it without question"... or something like that. Well, this one calling herself the manager decided to argue with me when I brought back the dunked wings because it was burning so bad no one wanted to eat it not even my dogs. Definitely not the same recipe than normal. It normally isn't this hot. It's been an hour and my stomach are still burning and so is my mouth and that after I drank milk. I left the box of so-called dunked wings that was also very dry on the counter and walked out as I exited, I hear her shout "So must I cancel it" What did she want to cancel I already paid for it earlier this morning. I just wanted the same quality dunked wings that I am used to getting but will not go back there again. I spend R 191.80 there this morning and it will definitely be the last I will ever spend money at KFC Heidelberg Gauteng again. I love the whole dunked range but will not purchase it at KFC Heidelberg Gauteng. Zinger wings with a teaspoon of dunked sauce over it is not dunked wings. If I wanted zinger wings, I would have ordered zinger wings, but my slip clearly shows dunked wings for which I paid R39.90 and now have nothing to show for it. Please train your employees properly. The desired outcome would have been for this Nicky woman to apologise take the crap that was sold to me and replaced it with normal wings with dunked sauce over it, but no she refused to even do that after I told her to rather do that because something is wrong with their normal dunked wing recipe.
Desired outcome: There is no desired outcome use the R39.90 that I have now lost and use it to train your useless employees that clearly are unable to read a recipe and knows nothing about customer services.
Foolishness (burn fries...Cold food... Hot drink) waited 4_5 hours for foolishness
I placed an order at oistins kfc around 11 some thing got my food around 3 some thing walked thru the rain got my order cause barbados kfc drivers dont bring ur food to ur door they sit in the car... Anywhos I didnt checked my order cause as I said rain was falling and I wasnt about to get any more wet but when I got back inside n saw what I got I called that delivery driver back n I said my chips burn this is the 2nd time I wan my money back n he stupx n said " I gine gotta call d office r some mess I said ok... Food at your trading estate slough branch

I visited your branch yesterday for my grandsons 10th Birthday meal and yet again the food was disgusting. I visited the same branch last year for his birthday as his choice of venue and the food was equally disgusting and I decided never to eat there again. Well my grandson choose to go back this year and I thought I would give you the benefit of doubt and try again. Well me and my husband both had chicken and chips and again it was disgusting. It tastes like it's been cooked in old old fat/Oil. I complained to the manager after the meal and all she could say was oh we will have to try to do better. Then out of my earshot she said to another employee why did she come back if the food was disgusting last year. When I heard this from a customer who heard her say this I then went back to explain to her again that the only reason I was there was it was my grandsons birthday and told her I would be reporting her for her rudeness.
I have to express that the food is absolutely disgusting and nowhere near what KFC used to be a few years ago.
Your input on this would be appreciated and by the way there were 12 of my family members with us so I have proof to this occurring

food made me sick
Yesterday afternoon at 4:22 pm at the Scottsburg KFC ticket # 1119 I ordered a big box meal with white meat. I got the food home and I opened the mashed potatoes and I spelled a strange odor and the white meat chicken I got was so small and dry I thought it was thighs. I did eat the mashed potatoes but later on got really sick on the food. I felt fine and after I ate the potatoes and gravy, I got very sick to my stomach. That was all I had eaten. I ended up giving the small chicken to my dogs. I was beyond upset with this. Why give the people food that they can tell looks terrible and possibly make them sick. Very unhappy. I gave $9.94 and all I got out of the whole thing was a biscuit and rotten potatoes and gravy. I think the management should at least watch the young team members and make sure what they are putting in the boxes looks good. This gives the company a bad reputation

Fried chiken
So i went to kfc nthana, bhucho, india and the quality of freid chicken was soo bad.
It was very oily literally oil wqs dripping from the chicken moreover, the chicken pieces were so large that it was impossible to eat and i ate it with too much effort. The overall quality has really followed a down trend here at kfc bhucho. I request the higher authorities to please do something about this and make sure they serve quality food so that kfc fans like me won’t get disapointed after each visit.
Online order
Complete and total inconvenience, waste of money, and panic attack! Tried this ordering online, quick pick-up process in hopes to get order fast, fresh, and painless. I had plans and placed this order to be ready for pick at 6:13 and being at my brothers at 6:30 for dinner. I get to KFC to pick order up inside store like the website says to do in the directions. Doors were locked and no one was hearing me knock. I pulled up the store number, called it several times with NO answer. Two different employees looked towards the door and I waved my arms to get their attention, they looked away quickly. Over 10 minutes goes by so with the drive through line being a mile long I got back into my truck and pulled into it. Another 10 minutes goes by with the line barely moving then my sister-in-law calls to see if I was almost to their house because it was 6:35 and was supposed to be there at 6:30. I hung up with her and tried calling the store several more times before getting out of line with still no answer. Went back to doors and after another 5 minutes was let in. Store was filthy, there was what appeared to be trash up on the counter right by my order and on the floor in front of the counter. Once I was finally at my brothers and opened up everything we found the fried chicken skin was almost off all the pieces like the batter didn't stick properly and it was chewy and cold because I was trying to get into store for 30 minutes which made me 30 minutes late for my plans so I looked like an idiot to my family.
As you can see this was a nightmare when it should have been the fastest and simplest way. I would appreciate a response to this.
Desired outcome: At least a refund and meal replaced so I can redo and make up dinner to my brother and sister-in-law. I know in one way or another they are upset with me for all this and that is really bothering me.
Black pepper
I have been a long time customer of KFC, but recently I feel I must complain, I cannot find any pepper sachets available in any fast food outlets in the North East of England. I have not been given any reason why it is no longer available, can you tell me if I can source some, I am happy to pay for them if necessary, I feel the KFC pepper was as much part of the enjoyment of the meal as your chicken.

I bought a large order of french fries from this store.
I don't usually purchase food at KFC only because there hasn't been many in Midtown Manhattan in some years but about 2 years ago, I noticed several popping up. Good, I thought...
On my way to NY Penn Station, I bought a large order hoping to have them with some cod filets I had in my freezer at home. I boarder my train and sat down. Unfortunately soon as I saw what I had purchased my heart sank. I couldn't believe they sold me this garbage. I immediately took a picture with my iPhone.
The french fries were very dark and saturated in grease. I tasted one a spit it out. Apparently, the person preparing the order didn't care that she was given me what seemed like the last burnt remainder of that particular batch of french fries. I was disgusted. I scolded myself for ever thinking such a simple order could be such a bad decision.
I promise myself to never go into a KFC in the city again. Next time I go into one of your stores it will most definitely be out in the suburbs. I hate to think people there will care much more about what they serve people as opposed to stores in the city where perhaps the volume of people buying in the store gives the people who work there the feeling that they can serve garbage and by the time a person realizes what they bought, they are long gone and too far to return the stuff.
I took a picture but by the time I figure out how to get it into this letter I will miss my dinner so I submit this letter as is.

My partner bought an all-in-one feast at Cofimvaba Kentucky today at 10;16 on the 17th of October 2022,
1. She discovered that this coleslaw is slimy when she started eating after consuming one spoon when we saw and realized its slimy.
2.The chicken is not tasting fresh, and it's got a bitter taste also
3. The potatoes soup is not fresh either.
4. My stomach started getting upset, nauseous and headaches, but ill monitor the situation and seek medical advice if it gets any worse.
Desired outcome: 1. Food inspections should happen randomly2. Store manager must ensure there's no leftovers 3. Consequence management 4. Responsibility if any food poisoning.5. This order should be replaced with fresh food and delivered to our home.
