KFC Employee for KFC Curse me out.

I Drove into KFC on 1800 20th Street Ensley, Birmingham, Al 35218 at 6:50 pm

I went to Drive thur and sit there for 6 minutes no one took my order, so I drove up to the window and noticed a young lady standing there arguing with someone on the phone she saw me and walk away for about 2 minutes but when she returns back, she said she didn't know why I was waiting because I was not getting a MF thing, she locked the window and walked away.

Desired outcome: I would like to see that young lady reprimand for her foul language towards me. also, would like KFC to give me a free meal for my compensations. Employes should take out their personal frustrations out on their customers,

KFC Incorrect order and didn’t get helped for 10 mins

I walked into kfc in Mankato, Minnesota around 2:00 on Sunday September 25th, it took the employees 10 mins to come and say anything to us. Then as we ordered she didn’t repeat the order back to us, so we when we got the wrong food she didn’t give us the right food and said we ordered it this way. We ended up not eating everything. Very disappointed.

KFC Incorrect order, dubbele payment

We ordered and payed online, received sms aswell as email that payment has been received and order has been placed . Went to collect, only to hear there is no order and we have to pay again. We waited an hour with no resolve, even after showing proof of payment, proof of conformation email and sms. Refuse to give a refund or contact customer care to help. MADE A SECOND PAYMENT. Got home and saw that they got the whole order messed up and we didn't get what was paid for the second time

Desired outcome: Refund for online payment. We did not receive that order

KFC Ordering

To Whom It Concerns,

First of all, we love your chicken, original recipe. Today's date is 9/22/2022.Ticket #1386 at 4:47 pm. Survey code didn't work, again! I

went through a drive through and ordered 2 - 3 piece Big Box with all white, original recipe. The sign did not specify dark or white meat. I didn't look at the menu listings. The car in front of me ordered the same thing on her 2nd order. At no time was I told that it only came with dark meat. I would have ordered differently or paid more. So I get home with my meal, to my dismay, it was dark meat. We did go ahead and eat our meals, the store is on the other side of town and I had just got off of work and did not feel like driving back in heavy traffic. I called up the to complain and was told the picture showed two thighs and leg. At the drive thru, the sign is at least 15 feet from the from my car window and your chicken thighs and breasts are so similar in size it was hard to tell what pieces were displayed. I am 70 years old and where glasses. So sorry! What's sad is that this is the third time this has happened. I have ordered a 2-piece all white and 3- all white dinners on two different occasions only to get dark meat TWICE in the past 6 months. The person I spoke to was nice as well as the cashier/order person. But the fact of the matter is the lack of information offered when I ordered the 2 big box dinners all white meat and when I do complain, I get told there is a picture! This just isn't the way to do business and it's a shame that it has happened.

KFC Manager - Gardendale, AL

I drove through the KFC in Gardendale, AL and ordered a 3 piece meal with 2 legs and a thigh. The lady was probably the most rude person I have ever encountered at a drive through. She told me she would upcharge me unless I got 2 legs and a thigh. I eat at KFC somewhere every week day in the whole state of Alabama and Tennessee and never have had this problem. Then I asked if I could get 3 legs and she said "if you want me to upcharge you!". I simply drove off and went to Jacks and got 3 legs with no extra charge.

She has been rude more than once, but I went ahead and bought what was offered. You really need to check into this person...at the drive thru today.

KFC kfc matlosana mall klerksdorp

on the 23-09-22 at at about 13h23 i went to buy kfc and i was buying street wise 2 pap and the cashier told me the pap is finished and i asked what time must i wait for the other she said she doesnt know how long then she they said there is no pap and the are waiting for the truck and they dnt care even if i lay complain.

i buy there almost everyday and they treat me like dirt.kgomotso was the supersor and she also ddnt help me .please contact me [protected] nthabiseng .i will also put kfc in bad publicity.

Desired outcome: i want to actually eat my kfc lunch as i wished.

KFC Speed of food served and excuses

On 22Sep2022, I went to KFC Jalan Stadium, Alor Setar Kedah to have my dinner. I order the new menu 2pc Lay Combo and was told that I need to wait for 20 minutes, and I willing to wait for 20 minutes and placed the order on 7:43pm. After more than 45 minutes (around 8:45pm), I still havent get my 2pc Lay Combo and I went to the counter and asked for the status of my 2pc Lay Combo, they gave me many different excuses such as still cooking, the person responsible for the chicken went to carry stock etcs. Because I have a call from my family and I need to leave, then I requested for cancellation and refund from the KFC Jalan Stadium staff, and at that moment they just brought out the chicken nowhere for me and I required to carry the chicken back to my seat. Since I required to leave so I just bring back the chicken and not finish it at the outlet. I am very frustrated because when I am ordering for the Lay Combo, I was told a delay for 20 minutes and that is acceptable, but I end up waiting for almost an hour and I just get the chicken when I request for cancellation and refund which I don't understand how they can come out the chicken when I request for cancelation but not at the first place when I first as for my chicken status. I can understand that this Lay chicken combo might not the most demand order and require time to prepare but I can accept with all the excuses and the promise 20 minutes was not kept. Thank you.

Desired outcome: I hope that KFC can keep the promise and to be honest to customer. If not able to serve on time please just honestly let the cutomer know and give the customer the opportunity of cancellation

KFC Delayed delivery and unresponsive representatives

I ordered one classic zinger combo and French fries medium and hour ago through the app and is it still not delivered to me. Order # [protected]. The estimated time for delivery was 4:03 pm IST and now it’s 4:34 pm IST. I called the restaurant (kfc porur branch, Chennai) four times and every single time my call was disconnected after saying “hello” and there was never a call back to check on why I was trying to reach them. This is not the way to serve your customers. The worst customer service I have ever come across. The authorities must check on this and sort this out. Surely you have one annoyed customer for today.

Desired outcome: I need a refund for the order and it’s be nice if you improve your customer service for delivery

I have been trying to get in touch with KFC for over a week now with a complaint I spent all day trying to talk to somebody about an order that I placed that was wrong plus when we got it and it had all mixed up from where they had not put things in the box and bag properly the bag was wet and everything fell out all over my car seat they were covered in beans gravy XX et cetera we telephoned the shop who said they were very sorry and we could replace it we said it’s too late to go back now the manager said don’t worry you can have your next order free just give this code When you next come we pay £27.99 and we said will you give us the whole order of £27.99 as it’s missed all the seats in the car and the food was covered in sources a load of mess on the seats he said he would replace the whole meal after a few days we went back with the code after telephone and asking if we could we were told yes it’s okay when we gave the code they said this is only for a meal of 199 we explain the situation the manager says he doesn’t care that’s all we can have is so rude we had to leave as he was shouting and embarrassing he would not give his name and told his staff not to either we think this is a different manager as the first one could not apologise enough for the mess in the car and on all the food Can somebody please help and give me a link to get KFC head office as I’ve tried phoning emailing and no luck so far Mrs Barbara Daly

KFC Product and service

Good afternoon I visited your store in ely Cambridgeshire today to purchase your 10 piece mimi fillet bucket, however was told that they only do them on a Tuesday so was told o needed to purchase something else on this I did then after going to the next window and paying I noticed a large banner sign on wall saying that they are available any day when I got round to collect window I asked the member of staff why are you advertising the mini chicken fillet bucket to be told that you can only get that on Tuesday I explained about the poster stating that they was available any day he said it’s nothing to do with him and closed window on me. My receipt code is [protected] trans 4077 your staff need to know what offers they have on and to treat tgere customers with a little bit more respect os today I felt very uncomfortable useing your store and will let others know of the service I received.

KFC Chicken

Ok being from the Corbin area and yet living in Northwest now 20 years. Is it just the northwest Silverdale WA now that the chicken recipe no salt not peeper 11;herbs and spices. KFC has not tasted that way in at least 20 years. And I was craving that today but even Silverdale WA KFC was horrible. I understand but is saving that much worth changing the recipe. Well like a frog in warm water gradually boil it will never jump. I give up on KFC Anywhere now it no pepper no taste. No wonder people go other types of food. But finger licking is gone and false advertising now.

Desired outcome: Bring back the recipe add the spices pepper salt. Quit trying to save money by replacing taste

KFC incorrect order

Ordered 8 piece family meal mixed? received 5 of the smallest legs 2 small wings 1 breast, I love thighs I accept the 2 breasts but again 1 breast no thighs,and not original recipe as ordered had family in for funeral and my mother wanted this...very very dissappointed also came in a very small bucket, ordered coleslaw and mashed pot received 2 coleslaw again disappointed...I am sending the receiptgiving receipt info really would like some response

KFC Food missing and id did not match the driver

I ordered 6 meals from KFC, The order was already incorrect, the driver went back and said it was KFC fault but when she returned with the order, she said they added free chips for the incorrect order but when we received our order there was still a meal missing and no free chips. Also the driver said it was a male but it was definitely a female. I spoke to KfC manager who had checked the cameras of them packing all the meals. Abit suspicous that food is missing and the driver does not match their ID. The order i ordered was for my colleague's who are nurses and our entire lunch break was ruined as we obly get half an hour

KFC Wrong order through Door dash service

Today 9-15-22 I ordered KFC 10200 S Halsted, Chicago, IL 60628 through door dash. I ordered a 2 piece chicken breast and wing. I received 3 chicken strips.

I also ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and received some type of Mac and cheese bowl with chicken on top!

My father who is the only reason why I even order from your establishment is particular about what he eats! This is the second time I ordered from this store trying to give this store the benefit of the doubt! And the order was wrong!

Desired outcome: review the stores procedures especially when it comes to door dash and other home delivery services. I want there to be a better check and balance into what goes into the bags! And I want a gift card for my trouble

KFC Unbeatable chicken wings

I went to kfc wheeling island, wheeling WV. We ordered bunch of food for family. I ordered four wings and two biscuits. We were there at about 7:30 PM, Tuesday September 13th, the wings were fried far to long they were very hard and over cooked. There was no way to eat them. The biscuits were great as usual. If I could have eaten even a couple of the wings I would not complain, but these were clearly visibly bad,

KFC I ordered zinger but received zinger paratha

I ordered in lhr last night of 2 things one zinger burger and fried chicken . I got zinger paratha instead of zinger burger. And on the bill it was mentioned zinger burger I was in hurry I didn't check it out and the bill was 1020. Zinger's price is 500 and paratha is of 230. I paid according to my order. It's really disappointed me that the order was changed .

Desired outcome: I hope you will solve out this I'm going to attach a bill summary picture you can check out. And the bad thing is that I paid more than the actual bill and KFC didn't call me back or didn't check the order.

KFC Chicken breasts

I don't like dark meat chicken. I only like chicken breasts. I have accepted paying more for a single meal with just a chicken breast. My problem is that KFC does not seem to get many chicken breasts. The last few times I went to KFC for a chicken breast meal, I was told that they were out of chicken breasts. I guess if I want take-out chicken, I will need to go elsewhere. So disappointed because I really like KFC chicken breasts (and thighs are not the same.)

Desired outcome: Please supply your restaurants with more chicken breasts.

KFC Kfc Felixstowe road Ipswich

Went to kfc on the September 11th 2022 was served by a rude employee named Georgina mohan she was disrespectful disregarded my order completely messed up. Then someone called Peter benham spat in my drink witch myself and 2 others witnessed we were thrown threatened and refused a refund. The food was inedible and cold there was also pink chicken on show.

I asked for no cheese because I am allergic and it was purposely put on my bun was torn and mouldy. Will not be going back! Disgusted is an understatement!

Desired outcome: Refund would be nice for a zinger towel meal and 2 flamin wraps and 2 mini fillet burgers small chips and 2 tangos and 8 hot wings.

My God, has any of the employees or top management eaten at kfc? Literally nothing even remotely like the Colonel fixed,I’d be ashamed to put his name on the box.Chicken grease soaked burnt,water gravy with brown color added,The worst slaw, come on at least you could use real cabbage,taste like carrots and miracle whip, used to be the absolute best.We will never eat there again.

KFC Bad service

My wife and i like going to kentucky fried chicken we arrive at the reedsburg wi location at 5pm and they said they are out of chicken and will not be making anymore. I ask why they won't make anymore since your open till 9pm and they said to me because we dont want to. Now im not a buisness man but dont that cut into profits. Please tell this place to make chicken or just be a toco bell.

KFC Rudeness of associate

September 8, 2022 @1:01pm I drove into the drive thru - the associate did not greet me, she stated "exact amount or card only", this surprised me, and I asked her to repeat that statement - no response. I waited approximately 2 minutes - no response. I then drove to the window, and she rudely stated, "why didn't you place your order back there?" I responded - because you never gave me a response to my question. She then rudely stated "I can't take your order at this window". I then drove around and went into the restaurant. She was also working the inside area and was still rude. I placed my order and while eating my food realized the cole slaw tasted old.
