KFC Food

On Fri 7/15 @ about 6:35 PM, I ordered a bucket meal @ your Seabrook, NH location. That was a huge mistake! Previously we’d had a couple of less than stellar dinners there and have not been back to KFC since early 2021, so we thought we’d try again. The receipt is mostly unreadable as it looks like register needed ink. It looks like the restaurant # is: G445007 and receipt # 1054

I paid extra to swap out a thigh for a breast and total paid was $37.15

The chicken was inedible! The coating on skin was soft & goopy & coming off of the meat. The meat, dry & barely warm. It looked & tasted like it’d been under warming lights for sometime. The coleslaw had a funky taste & the biscuits were dried out & inedible. Could have used them for hockey pucks! The only things edible: the mashed potatoes & gravy. Definitely not worth $37 though.

I really hoped I’d have a better experience than last time since there was a line of cars and thought the chicken would be fresh especially since it took just over 20 mins to get to my turn to order. All in all, you have a serious issue at that particular store. We’ve tried it on 3 different occasions and have yet to get a decent meal there. I think next time we want fried chicken we will go to Popeyes!

KFC Gift card

I was given a gift card that had 25$ on it as a gift. I went to KFC in Naugatuck, CT on Rubber Avenue to use the card. My total came to roughly 18 dollars. When I tried to use the gift card, it would not register as having money on it. I ended up having to pay for my order in cash. When I checked the card number online when I got home it still said 25$.

Desired outcome: I would like to be able to spend 25$ at KFC using my gift card.

KFC Poor service and inconsumable food.

I had company coming for dinner and it took me three stores to get service and when I finally got my food it was awful. It was July 8th about 2pm when I went to the first KFC he told me to drive around the parking lot for 20 minutes and maybe they could get there cash register to ring things up. I chose to go to another KFC and she said she was having technical difficulties so I went to a third KFC. I placed my order and she said they only have part of my order so I changed everything. They didn't have enough extra crispy so she replaced it with original. I got five mashed and gravy and biscuits also. When I got it home the chicken was so dry it crumbled and was not edible too much time under the warmer. The biscuits were little bricks and the gravy was dark brown and watery yuck. $74.38 later and after 3pm, I threw it out and ordered pizzas for my guests. I was embarrassed to serve it to my guests. I used to love KFC but it will be a long time before I try again. I would love a refund but where do I get that!

Desired outcome: I would have loved fresh hot food without all the hassle. What should have saved me time ended up costing me gas traveling all over and wasted time. I want a refund. $74.38 That's just the cost of the food.

KFC Biscuit and chicken

Visited the power line store in Deerfield Beach Fl. Cole slaw was delicious; however the biscuit was hard as a rock. Had to be trashed. The chicken was very over cooked and very chewy. We were there at 1:30 on a Sunday afternoon. Very disappointed. This was for take out.

KFC Your product has gone to hell.

We used to love Kentucky Fried Chicken. In fact, my grown sons have been eating it since they were much younger. As the song says, NO MORE, NO MORE, NO MORE, NO MORE.

What you are now selling is bones with breading. NO THANK YOU. The quality of your product has hit rock bottom and I predict that you will be out of business shortly. Consumers aren't stupid, but your management must be. GOOD LUCK, A CONSUMER WHO WONT BE BAMBOOZLED.

KFC Wrapster Box

We ordered 4 Wrapster boxes which has the wrap, one piece chicken and chips and a SW3 with a roll and gravy. We waited about 10 minutes before we inquired what the hold up was, they then told us they were having an issue with the fillets. 3 minutes later the lady behind the counter, packing the food, asked us for our slip. The reason she asked, is they cleared our order from their screen because they know they get monitored on their service delivery. i have experienced this at their drive-thru as well, where they literally tell you to either reverse or park and they clear your order to make them look good. Anyway, about 20 min later after placing our order, we then proceed to sit upstairs. when my family had a bite in the wrap it was still pink and raw inside (we have pictures). The manager on duty told us that the chicken was indeed cooked and that it was the spice they were using. Now, i consider myself an educated man and I have been eating chicken a long time to know what is raw. Anyway, we then said we will get a 2nd opinion from one of you other branches, which we did and they confirmed that the chicken was indeed raw and this should not have been served. Oh and they refunded for 1 Wrapster box - R30, I did not want to argue and just left.

I would just like to say, we always have issues with this branch but we go back because this KFC is on route and we are KFC lovers. The last time 13 minutes before loadshedding, a placed an order for chicken and wings only for them to tell me 28 min later there's no more chicken but yet clients before me left with chicken. Once again, they cleared the orders from the monitor.

All of this can be confirmed on their cameras inside the branch.

KFC Service

Went through drive through today. Ordered 12 piece variety bucket. Came with two sides. First they forgot the drink while I was still there. Went back to the window and asked for it. Then got home and while I was unpacking the meal and there was no sides. Called and they would give two larger fries for the mistake. Went there and they ended up giving one. But didn’t make any sense cause there was no gravy either. Didn’t bother going back a third time with the cost of gas.

The workers were completely clueless.

This is not the first time or second time mistakes were made at this location.

Other day went to order a zinger twister at drive through. Came home and it was a Big Crunch.

This location was not busy. So it didn’t make any sense why they keep making mistakes with the orders. I don’t know what they are doing but it’s not making orders very accurate.

Every time I order from here there is always a mistake made. In the past however I don’t recall exactly. This is the first time I am email and complaining about this.

There are not enough cookies. Or upsized gravies that could make up for the mistakes this place has made. Especially when the cost of gas is through the roof. Just don’t make sense on trying to claim these “sides” on next visit as when it was brought up they don’t remember by the time I visit next so I just forget it.

Desired outcome: I’m not looking for compensation. I’m looking for better more, accurate service. Replace these workers or franchise owners or whatever it takes. Definitely not the same it used to be 18 years ago.

KFC Poor food standard and customer service

This is in reference to our Order # [protected], dated 10/07/22 made at 20:33 hrs, through KFC call center for 5 Zingerella burgers. Subsequently when order was delivered the burgers were tasteless, soggy, poor breading, dry texture and cheese had strong smell with an aroma as it was stale. We asked the delivery boy to give KFC call center our feedback to ask if we get Zingerella exchanged with some other KFC menu or if we pay for those two burgers only which we did not eat rather have tasted. The delivery boy called the call center and told us that call center supervisor is refusing both options and saying the maximum they can do is to take our comments as feedback for new product. I dialed for KFC call center but the call center agent put me on a long “hold”, subsequently, the delivery boy suggested us to call to the KFC branch manager from where the order was delivered, as he was getting late to deliver remaining orders.

Consequently, the delivery boy called the branch and told the situation to the KFC branch manager who was very rude and asked the delivery boy to tell us that we have to pay for all 5 burgers, even if we have not used them, he also refused to offer another product in lieu off; when I tried to talk to him he instantly regretted and call was hung up. That was not KFC standard so I decided to visit branch myself and talk to him in person. When I reached at branch service counter and asked for branch manager, a person told that he is Osama, the branch Manager, when I told him the issue and asked that why he is in haste and not solving my complaint without comprehending my problem, he got very rude and said that he is busy and cannot assist me also he is following KFC policy. Your branch CC TV will bear witness that throughout the conversation I was calm despite his non-cooperation and rude attitude. Your CC TV camera will support my claim that while talking to me he was having his hands folded on chest like a vagabond and his tune and attitude was very rude and insulting. Considering his rude and unprofessional behavior, I decided not to provoke the situation and told him to give my bill for those two burgers which we had opened to taste but did not eat; your CC TV camera will support my claim that initially he tried to bluff me with bringing credit card machine only without any sales receipt and verbally told me an amount which was higher than the actual amount which I paid later. When I refused to pay without sales receipt then he went, again, inside and brought some print out which had only amount without items description and on my insistence for proper receipt he said that for call center orders they have that type of receipt; seeing this I politely told him that if he is not going to provide me the actual receipt I will not pay and will email KFC management to arrange collection of payment against proper receipt; listening this he quickly went behind service counter and brought receipt with item description (enclosed herewith) which was having less amount than what initially he was verbally demanding to pay without showing receipt; on my enquiry he said actually he had included some service charges which he is not charging now. Consequently, I paid the due amount nicely and left for home (for assurance please check CC TV recording). I am not sure what they did with our left out 5 Zingrealla burgers as they were in good condition to resell (if intentions are there to resell them to get extra money).

The whole narration can be verified by KFC management upon seeing CC TV camera recording that Osama came outside “back office” thrice having credit card machine in hand and on the final exit he was having goods receipt based on which I paid the amount (credit card payment receipt is attached). I leave it to KFC management to decide on his dubious payment collection and insulting attitude.

On returning home I contacted call center, again, and spoke to “Huzaifa” who after speaking to supervisor told me that it is KFC policy that they only can take my comments as feedback and neither can they arrange refund nor replacement; listening to this, on my request, he connected me to duty supervisor, Mr. Haider, who again asserted that whatever the call agent has told is with his consultation and as per KFC policy.

Subsequently it will be interesting to know the KFC policy on similar cases through the KFC management pen. Hoping and early response

KFC The contents of a bowl on your menu

Last Sunday my wife and I stopped at KFC and we got our usual order. One piece dinner with a chicken breast, and mashed potatoes, etc, for my wife. and the bowl for myself.

This is the same order we get almost every Sunday after church.

When we arrived home, I opened the sack that the bowl was in, and I noticed a dish of corn was in a separate container and not in the bowl. . Upon opening the bowl… I found about a ½ inch of liquid in the bowl. Could not eat any of the bowl a very spicy and hot. Through it is the garbage. Try calling you folks several times, when I got home, but all I got was the busy signal and of this day, I am still getting the busy signal. This would be at the KFC in Haines City, Florida. on July 10th around noon time.

Could not find a sales receipt, not sure we even got it.

Appreciate anything you can do to resolve this problem and the bowl we ordered and got.

Well went to KFC on city road Sheffield orders food . At 6.25 on the Monday 11.07.22.then went to pay with £50 note and got refused.we do take £50 pond note she said very snotty. you can't refuse it legal tender why is this so.

KFC Didn’t get my order and charged my credit card

I placed an order online for 2 chicken pot pie’s and a 3 piece meal. When my husband got there after waiting over 20 minutes in the drive through because the lobby was closed for maintenance, they never received our order nor did they even have any chicken Pot pies. He left with nothing.

My credit card was charged 21.17 and the order number was 6012033. It was at the by pass location in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The email associated with the order is [protected]@gmail.com. I called Visa and they said that KFC would need to reverse the charges. I tried to order by phone before ordering online, but the line was busy for 15 minutes!

Please help me resolve this issue.
