KFC Employee attitude / refused service

It was storming and I pulled up to the drive through. I was the only car in the drive through and there was no sign posted anywhere Even though there was a cover the rain was blowing into my car. After quite a while of getting soaking wet I pulled forward to the window.

There were 3 people in the store. All moving as slow as humanly possible, but they all 3 made eye contact with me and none of them came to the window. I sat there for over 5 minutes again. Finally, I flagged one of them She was a HUGE woman - tall. She rudely pointed her finger and said go inside. Wouldn't even open the window to speak to me. Also there was no sign on the window either that I needed to go inside.

I was mad and wet at this point. I drove around and walk in. I did not curse at her. I began to ask her why they let me sit there for so long making eye contact so I know they saw me and didn't say something sooner. She interrupted me to yell that she was the only one there. NOT TRUE! I saw 3 different people who eventually made their way back up front and I took photos. Because then she started yelling "I'm done with you." "Bye, bye!" Refused to let me speak to a manager, refused to give me her name, refused to give me the manager's name, refused to serve me. She went into the office and apparently was calling her manager telling him I was cursing her out and other lies. It was ridiculous. I have called corporate and will be going back daily until I see a manager. This was utter nonsense on so many levels.

She also spoke to the other staff (the ones she said weren't there at first) and they refused to speak to me or even acknowledge that I was there they started serving everyone else that came in and it was very embarrassing.

Desired outcome: This woman needs to be removed from dealing with the public. I would like an apology as well. Not only was she rude, but she spoke with the rest of the staff and had them act in the same manner.

KFC Service

I did an online order for pick-up at 5:45. I arrived at 5:45 and it was not in the spot for pickup. The store was empty and there were about 5 workers. No one asked if they could help for about 6 minutes. They finally asked if I was there for a pickup. I said yes and gave them my name. They told me it was going to be another 12 minutes because they had to finish cooking the chicken. So I sat down and waited for 25 more minutes. They never gave me anything for the inconvenience and then when food was ready I asked for some dipping sauces. They told me it was extra for the sauces. I advised that is rediculous since I had been waiting way past my pickup time. They ended up giving me a few. The store was also very dirty. The floors and tables were very sticky. I would like a refund for my order. Unfortunately, I misplaced my receipt, so I have attached the email I received for my order. It will not let me add the photo in box below. If you provide an email I can email it. The order was for $42.39

KFC Twister

On the 12th of August around 22:15- I ordered a sweet chilli twister (twister only), order number 510, from KFC Observatory in the Western Cape. I ordered it via drive-thru. This is my regular order from KFC - and I have ordered it from the observatory branch multiple times. Once I arrived at home and opened it to eat it - it was significantly smaller than the usual. It it a very regular meal I get, hence I know the general size (even taking into considerations changes in the size ie. Slightly smaller) however this one was notably smaller. I paid R52.90 for a minute twister - way smaller than the normal size. I am very unhappy about this.

Desired outcome: Possibly a refund or a voucher(?) to get another one

On the 3/6/2023 we went to KFC Sydenham and bought a 23 Piece Bucket, for $37.95. KFC Twister combo

I ordered a Twister Combo on 07 JUN 2023 from Ponoka branch of KFC. It's supposed to be toasted. I got a barely-warm and crumbly wrap. This is not the first time I've had an issue with this location. Please look into it as they're always out of chicken, more often than not they make you wait 10+ minutes per order, & all around have general crappy service! The "crappy service" is mostly the staff - they're not very friendly and have a very "What do you want, get out of here" type of attitude. I've complained to the store a couple of times in the past and was basically told "Tough luck, better luck next time." which is part of the reason I don't spend my money there very often, and when I do, I'm usually left disappointed.

Desired outcome: I just want a better run store with proper production & friendlier staff!

KFC Service and meal served at Hartselle, AL location

I work a full time medical profession job and after work this particular day, I just wanted a quick, good meal for me and my autistic son who wanted the nuggets so bad. I experienced anything but that and I’m absolutely appalled at the food that was served to me and the hateful disrespect I got from the lady across the counter when I walked the food right back in and requested a refund.

I arrived at the drive thru at 5:12pm exactly because my life runs on time management I’m always noting the time. There was a car in front of me and two others pulled in behind me within 2-3 minutes. At 5:27pm I was asked the first time for my order. Halfway through my order I’m interrupted and he said, “hold on, hold on! I’m having computer issues. So I sit there another 12 minutes (I’ve been timing since the first contact) until I finally say “HELLO!” In the speaker and ghe same male voice says, “what can I do for you as if I had just pulled up! (?). Said, “you can start with my order I’ve been sitting here over 30 minutes now. (If you’re wondering why wait and thinking “I’d just drive off..” then you don’t have an autistic child and never experienced a full on meltdown when the rug is pulled out from under them when they have their whole being set on THAT ONE MEAL!) he fumbles through my order having me repeat it multiple times then says, “I’ll get back with you with the total.” Another 6 minutes passed and I drove to the window. He took my card for a $15.34 total on a number 10 combo of 8 nuggets, fries, a biscuit w/ medium drink and an added chicken breast, CRISPY, and two extra biscuits. I’m then told to pull up to wait for the fries. I sit another 5 minutes and a young man comes out with the longest, frizziest black unkempt hair and holds a bag out to me and a drink that was far from fresh. I immediately set into checking my order. The last thing I need after nearly an hour ordeal with KFC is something left out and my son melt on me. Shocked at what I saw is an understatement. The chicken was original, oh well doable yet upon closer inspection the skin had literally slid off to one side exposing where what would’ve been white breast meat was a dark brown layer that screams it sat under the heat and dried out and then the worst of it, there was a layer under the skin that was a grey brown color and smelled of rot or mold! I picked up one biscuit and all 3 of them were stuck together because they were all RAW DOUGH! Only the outside had barely set and the slightest light brown coloring could be seen. The fries appeared to have been second cooked like they threw previously cooked fries in oil to heat them back up because they were very hard on the outside and very dark brown in appearance and when I broke one into two pieces the inner part was all oil. The nuggets was much of the same hard as rocks and inedible. I’m FURIOUS now. I sat here all this time to make sure I took home what I knew would satisfy my son after days of asking for the nuggets to only have to take it right back inside and get my money back. I head in with the bag & a lady a bit older than middle aged approached me and asked me if I needed something. I said, “yes, my money back. This food isn’t fit for consumption let alone to serve it at a restaurant. Here comes the attitude, snarky voice and defensive posture. Her attitude went to fight with me mode rather than good customer service especially when they are in the wrong here. Her: “well what’s wrong with it?!” So I show her the stretching dough of the raw dough in the biscuits and I pick up the piece of chicken and ask (with the moldy looking skin dangling from it by a thread) “would you eat this!?” Her: “NO I WOULDN’T NOW PUT IT BACK IN THE BOX!” Who is she to order me or speak to me as if I’m a child.!?! Then she proceeds to usher a man out of the store by telling him the dinning room is closed yet all the doors are open for customers to walk in. I proceeded to tell him to find another restaurant that was not the kind of food he would want. And holding a pair of tongs that I’m sure are meant to stay in the food prep area she proceeded to snap them closed a few times and wave them at me while she screamed at me I had no right to tell him that. OF COURSE I DO! I have the right to express any opinion I may have especially after the hour long ordeal I went through. If I could spare that gentleman from the same fate then absolutely I will warn him. She bickers at me some more all the while waving those food tongs around then walks over to the food prep and with the same tongs she shoved it in the food, gave it a swirl, slammed the tongs on the side of the metal container and spins around to the drive through and proceeds to chit chat with the driver all while I’m left standing at the front counter to witness her anger in slamming the tongs on the container. I asked her for her name and she flat ignored me. She eventually told the young man at the drive through to give me my money back so I’ll leave. He brings me the dollar amount and a handful of nickles turns and walks away. I can’t believe he’s allowed to work there with that long, frizzy hair all over the place with no hair net or anything. She wasn’t any better with a half pulled up ponytail and nothing to protect the food from them shedding all in it. With her leaving me standing at the counter it gave me a moment to look around the restaurant. One word “filthy!” My feet were literally sticking to the floor like syrup had been poured out and left to dry. Used cups and other garbage littered the tables and the dust and floor debris was everywhere. You need to know the Hartselle KFC has been the butt of jokes of slow service, poor hygiene from employees, food quality going down the drain and trust me, had my son not asked many times that week for the nuggets he saw on the sign passing by I would not have been there. If that crew is left intact and still employed at that location after the unacceptable conditions, food that could’ve put me or my son in the hospital with food poisoning and the worst customer service I’ve ever had to endure then I will be going to the Department of Health and filing a full complaint on the conditions of that restaurant and the food that is being served. I will NEVER, EVER be on that property again for any reason after this. Do the wise thing, shut the store down completely, hire a brand new crew, give the place a full deep cleaning and have a manager in place to keep it that way. I know you’re home office mgmt team and CEO would’ve fired everyone on the spot and Locked the doors until that store is fit to serve food from again. I live less than a mile from that store and will be keeping a watchful eye on it in the coming weeks. Either shape it up or the H D really needs to know. All of this occurred on June 6th between 5:12pm and 6:07pm again, at the Hartselle, AL location.

KFC Service...

Went to providence mall KFC, Pondichery. Time: 4:30pm on 03/06/2023

The staff who works there, sent me a rating link and she asked my mobile and she herself gave the rating, which is weird and unethical.

* I was with my colleagues so I don't wanna ruin the vibe by asking her, "who is she to give ratings and feedback in my mobile".

*I couldn't take this and this is the cheap and worst behaviour I have ever experienced in in KFC for some 10years

KFC Service and employee complaints

I went to kfc on main st in saco maine and I go every wk I order the 8 piece bucket meal that comes with 4 buiskits and 2 LG sides I paid cash as always every wk it occurred today tues the 30th and while my food was being made by employees 3 of the girls were eating pieces of chicken and potato wedges while making mine and drive threw orders I was so passed I asked for a shift manager for thd night that was working told him what happened and apologized said he talk to the girls and that's it I still had to pay for my food girls weren't wearing gloves I was told to call the cooperate number which I tried around 645pm and couldn't get threw my number is [protected] my name is Kelly I'm not happy I go every wk and seeing what I saw I was digusted and so angry I hope to hear back from someone from higher up in kfc thanku

KFC Standfors square korsten

Ordered online and when I got ronthe store assistant manager MSI Masiyoli,
Could not explain why my order is not ready and on the app it stated its ready.. This is not the 1st time we have expierence this poor service from the store. On top of everything 4 guys passed in the drive way and left. But I was their waiting for a order which was not ready.
This KFC will never see me again.

KFC Manager in Crowley Louisiana

1/23-5/23 the store manager in this store in harrassing a male employee in this store. This young man has been working for this store for the past 4 years. Never had any complaits until this manager took over store. He is a trained manager. The manager is always telling him and another manager that the safe is short money and makes these 2 employyes pay it back, this has been going on for some time now. When this employee said he was not paying any money back bevause he does not go in safe the manager made him turn his keys in. This manager is making these employees do her job whild she sits playing with the money drawers. He will be doing his job and she tells him to do what she is suppose to be doing and then get mad and start trying to argue with him because his work is not being done. She has accused him to me that he is going into work drunk when I know she is lying because I bring him to work and pick him up daily. He is a manager and make way less then 40 hours a week. She jumped on him just about a week ago about leaving a few things soaking in the sink overnight after she told him to tell when he spoke back to her she threatened to call the police and have him escorted off the property. She is always yelling at him for no reason and if he tells her somethng she wants to call the police. She is signaling him out for no reason. I have contacted my attorney and he told me this is harrassment and informed me to contact company before taking it futhur to see what can be done about her. She has told the dm I understand that this young man comes to work drunk daily and is trying to get other employees to say it also.

Desired outcome: this manager needs to be replaced. harrassment is a very serious thing.

KFC Burnt food

Order 1642, unique code SA727-280523-[protected]. 28 May 2023 @17:42 I went to go buy the 9 piece bucket and they told me I would take 30 min for it to be ready but when got home to dish up for everyone the meat was burnt and no one could enjoy it, that is why I took a video of the burnt chicken, it had to be thrown away. So we only had like 1 each because of the burnt pieces I would like to be refunded if not refunded the organised another because it’s not fair having to eat 1 piece after purchasing it for 144.90 and to get burnt food, I slept in a empty stomach, please see what you can do because I don’t think I’ll ever buy from that kfc because each time it’s a different story.

Desired outcome: I would like to be offered a meal because I did not eat the meat, I had to throw most of the meat because it was burnt.

KFC Being fired because I called the gm for serving customers burnt food.

5/24/2023

I Deanna Green was coming back from break when one of my employees, pointed out to me that the fries were burnt & very greasy so I told her to toss them and proceeded to the freezer to get more. Once I got back with the fries to drop more. My General Manager Kimberly Cunningham, hollered at me and said don’t drop those fries I have some right here. My response was but they’re burnt & greasy. She yells again saying this is my store and I’m running the show. I said that’s crazy to serve those and took the fries I was about to cook back to the freezer. I was in such disbelief that as the GM she was really selling those fries to customers, so I took a picture of them and while doing so she (Kimberly) came behind me an said I could clock out and go home until further notice because I was picking with her. Which I wasn’t she just knew she was in the wrong. So I went to clock out while doing so I was in shock with what had just taken place and said (this [censored] crazy). She heard me and proceeded to say I was fired for using profanity. And that I better get off the property before she calls the police and has me removed, as I was already on my way out the door. It was customers in our lobby and they were saying (I can’t believe she just did that) she being very rude a disrespectful. When I all honesty it really wasn’t called for. She was in the wrong.

Desired outcome: I would say I take my job back I don’t want to work for some that does business in that manner. And has no respect for their customers or employees

KFC Refund

Dear Americana group MGT,

I am writing today regarding the restaurant (kfc hanssan el maamon), located at (nasr city opposite to el ahly clup) where I recently experienced an event which disgusted me so much that I will never return to the restaurant again or even KFC.

I highly suggest that the Department of Health & Hygiene investigates their health and safety licence, as well as the cleanliness of their food serving areas, as smell of chicken very bad due to burned oil that reflect on chicken taste and smell as all peaces have black spots from outside from burned oil+ chicken dark meat peaces full of blood from inside not one peace all of peaces surved.

Going out to eat is supposed to be one of life's pleasures, something to be enjoyed, where the customer puts their trust and money in the restaurant's reputation as well as food hygiene in the kitchen.

We informed them about what we found but they do nothing and informed that nothing wrong at the end they will deliver our concern to the MGT and I did nothing too as my kinds wants to sleep and I dont want to panic them any more or bother your clients there.

Please look into the matter; this restaurant should be closed down for severe lack of hygiene!

Industrial generator installed outside my window today is giving me migraine, and I can't sleep. I tried to stop the installer, and ask if the had permission but they just ignored me to go ahead to install the equipment outside my window. I have a lot of medical complications and the noise is making me physically ill and I have to close my windows which is dangerous for anemia as I need a lot of air. The kfc west norwood did not give me notice of this installation and they have acted without care, selfishly and detrimental to my health

KFC About service and delivery timing

I order 18 pieces Super Bucket Meal. The agent she told us the delivery timing is 50 minutes so I wait for Minutes. Almost 1 hour now the order still not came. and I call the driver and I asking for my order and they told me my cancelled order. How come my order canceled I already paid through link. So I call again the again she told me they transfer my order in the other outlets. How come not even call me and to informed that and we are still waiting for the order. Now again my order still preparing in the other store almost 1 1/2 hours we are waiting for the food. This is not acceptable.
Evetime I order in the KFC they did not follow the delivery timing always late.
I choose KFC because I know your your good in Service. I'm very disappointed

KFC My orders are incomplete

I have ordered dinner on 23 May 2023: 2 x fully loaded box meals; 3 x colonel burgers; 1 latge chips; 1 mash and gravy. Did not receive the 3 rd burger I have paid for. I make use of MrDelivery service. 2nd time in this month that I have ordered and not received all the items that I paid for. The previous order I did not receive the chips I ordered. Despatch KFC’s staff is utterly incompetent. Even when ordering at the branch itself, there are always error in the orders.
