I was charged two times the day I went to this location.. it's been over 10 days now and I still didn't get a refund. At first the store said I didn't get charged twice . Which was a lie becosue my bank even went on the phone with them to tell them otherwise.. finally days after they said ok I did get charged twice ..now I'm waiting for a refund that's not coming ... It's been 8 days and they said it's my bank .. however my bank said that's not their fault I simply didn't get a refund yet . Probably will not from these guys
Desired outcome: Get my money back and get this owner to be forced to take a lesson on how not to rip people off

Ordered 3 pieces of boneless meal and it was cold, and they were not even the strips you are supposed to get so they put 4 small pieces in and doesn’t even taste like kfc! Limeridge mall kfc is one of the worse ever this is not the first bad experience I’ve had needless to say will not be eating there again. Another time I paid for white meat and got dark meat took my food back and told the girl and she gave me a dirty look took my box and gave me the smallest wing she could find didn’t say sorry about that, nothing at all terrible service to customer.
