KFC Beware of Sneaky KFC Employees: My Experience with Shorted Chicken

I gotta say, I'm a fan of KFC's chicken. It's finger-lickin' good, as they say. But let me tell you, folks, you gotta watch out for those sneaky employees at the KFC store. The last two times I went to grab some dinner from them, I ended up getting shorted on my chicken. Can you believe it? One piece less each time! Now, I ain't saying it's the end of the world or anything, but it sure seems like a pattern of dishonesty to me. And if they're doing it to me, who knows how many other people they're doing it to? That could save KFC a whole lot of money if they keep it up over thousands of orders.

Now, I ain't one to complain without giving credit where credit's due. KFC did send me a voucher for the first time they shorted me on my chicken. But let me tell you, it's been over a month and they still haven't made it right for the second time. I mean, come on now. That's just plain lazy.

So here's my advice to all you KFC lovers out there: count your chicken. And while you're at it, count all your other items too. You never know what those sneaky employees might try to pull. But hey, if you do end up getting shorted, at least you know you're not alone.

KFC Disappointing Experience with KFC: Missing Food and No Response from Store

I gotta say, I'm not one to complain, but this time KFC really dropped the ball. I ordered two of their famous $20 fill up boxes, thinking I'd have enough food to feed my family and guests. But boy was I wrong! When I got to the window, they told me to pull forward, which I get - my order was pretty big. But when I got home, I realized they had forgotten half of my order!

I was missing eight biscuits - that's right, eight! And on top of that, they shorted me three pieces of chicken, one mashed potato, and one gravy. I was so disappointed - I had been looking forward to this meal all day, and now I was left with barely enough food to go around.

To make matters worse, I tried calling the store three times to see if they could fix the mistake, but no one answered. I even left my number - it's ***010 - and my email - ***@yahoo.com - but still no response.

Overall, I have to say I'm pretty let down by KFC this time. I've always been a fan of their food, but this experience has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope they can make it right and maybe even throw in some extra biscuits next time!

KFC KFC: A Classic Fast Food Joint That Still Delivers Quality

I gotta say, KFC is a pretty decent spot to grab some grub. I remember watching this flick called Kentucky Fried Movie where this dude holds his box of chicken sideways and all this grease just comes pouring out. But let me tell you, that ain't my experience with KFC.

Back in the day, when KFC first started, it was better than most folks could make themselves, especially down South. The mashed potatoes were made from real potatoes, not some mix, and the gravy was on point - not stale and greasy like some other joints. And the chicken? Oh man, it was top-notch quality and super soft, not hard like some other fast food places.

But let's be real, KFC is a global phenomenon now. People all over the world are chowing down on that finger-lickin' goodness. And I gotta admit, in places where there ain't no similar product, KFC is the go-to spot.

Now, some folks might argue that Popeye's is better and less expensive. And hey, I ain't gonna knock 'em for that. But for me, KFC hits the spot just right.

And did you know there really was a Colonel who invented all this? Yeah, he had a whole lot of pride in the product. And let me tell you, he was way more convincing than the fake they use in ads these days.

KFC Disappointing Experience with KFC: Online Order Mix-Up and Rude Employee

I done ordered online yesterday at the Obetz, OH KFC location. I had a big ol' holiday party for my employees scheduled for today. Thank the Lord above I called early today to check on it and they told me they had no record of my order (even though I had a receipt and an order number from that location). Customer service done canceled the order and refunded it so I called the restaurant back so I could order over the phone and the employee said "Getcha chicken from somewhere else [censored]!" and hung up on me. I was so shocked I couldn't even respond. I guess we will be having pizza for our holiday party today. I did call the customer service line and report this but I ain't never gonna give KFC my business again.

I mean, dang, I was really looking forward to some finger-lickin' good chicken for my party. But I guess the folks at that KFC location didn't give a hoot about my order. And to top it all off, that employee had the nerve to use that kind of language with me. I don't care who you are, that ain't right.

I reckon KFC needs to do a better job of training their employees on how to treat customers. And they need to make sure their online ordering system is working right. I mean, what's the point of having it if it don't work?

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience at KFC. I hope they can get their act together and start treating their customers with the respect they deserve. Until then, I'll be getting my chicken from somewhere else.

KFC Mixed experience at KFC: Delicious food, poor customer service and quality control

I recently visited KFC in Fort Wayne, Indiana on East State boulevard and ordered my meal. I specifically requested mashed potatoes and gravy instead of fries, but unfortunately, they gave me fries instead. I was disappointed, but I decided to go back through the drive-thru and let the lady know about the mistake. However, she tried to push the blame on me, saying that I should have checked my bag before I took off and that I should do that next time. I was frustrated, but I understood that it was partly my responsibility to check my order before leaving.

As I was explaining my frustration, the lady slammed the window in my face and went to get my mashed potatoes. When I finally received my meal, I was disappointed to find that my chicken was overcooked and everything was cold. I was not satisfied with my experience at KFC, and I don't know how this place stays in business.

Despite my negative experience, I have to admit that KFC has some delicious food. Their fried chicken is always crispy and flavorful, and their sides are tasty as well. However, I think they need to work on their customer service and quality control. It's important for fast food restaurants to get orders right and treat their customers with respect.

Overall, I would recommend KFC for their tasty food, but I would caution customers to double-check their orders and be prepared for the possibility of poor customer service.

KFC Disappointing Experience at KFC: Wrong Order and Poor Customer Service

I usually hit up KFC for my lunch fix and they usually do a decent job, but today was a different story. I put in my order around 12:30 and when I got my food, it was all wrong. I went up to the manager and they told me to bring it back so they could fix it up. But here's the thing, I only get one lunch break a day and going back and forth was not an option for me.

When I finally did bring it back, both managers had a bit of an attitude with me, like I was the one who messed up. It's frustrating because as a customer, I'm the one spending my hard-earned cash on their food and they couldn't even get my order right. And let's not forget about the gas money I spent driving to their location.

I'm seriously considering not going back to this KFC and maybe even avoiding others in the future. As a customer, I matter and it's people like me who keep their business going. It's a shame that they were more concerned about their meal than the inconvenience they caused me.

KFC Disappointing Experience at Boise KFC: Poor Order Accuracy and Limited Extra Crispy Chicken Availability

KFCs in Boise ain't that great. They mess up the order more than half the time. And they hardly ever have enough extra crispy chicken to fill up a 12 piece bucket. I gotta wait for like 20 minutes or more just to get some. And tonight, it was like over 1 1/2 hours till closing and the manager told me they weren't planning to make any more chicken tonight. So, I couldn't even wait for extra crispy. She said that she could give me half extra and half the other. But when I got home, only 4 out of 12 pieces were extra crispy. So, her definition of half is kinda shady.

I already gave up on the other KFCs in the area. And now, it's clear that this is a management problem with the company that owns all the KFCs in the area. I ain't going back there again.

KFC Disappointed with KFC's Extra Crispy Chicken - Needs Improvement!

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my recent visit to KFC. The extra crispy chicken just wasn't up to par - it wasn't even double dipped for that extra crunch! And I should know, I used to work at a KFC myself. I'm worried that if they don't retrain their staff, they're gonna lose a lot of customers. My friends over in Moundsville, WV have been saying the same thing about KFC lately. It's a shame, really. Colonel Sanders is probably rolling over in his grave - they're ruining his name! KFC used to be my go-to spot for some delicious chicken, but if I can't get it extra crispy, what's the point? I really hope they can fix this problem before it's too late and they go belly up. I know a lot of people who have stopped going to KFC because of the chicken. It's a real shame, because I grew up with KFC and it holds a special place in my heart. KFC Friendly Service but Disappointing Customer Service: My Experience at KFC McDonough Drive-Thru

I recently visited the KFC in McDonough and went through the drive-thru. The lady who took my order was very friendly and talkative, which was a nice change of pace. I always like to give credit where credit is due, and she definitely deserved it.

Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, my friend and I decided to park in the lot and eat our food in the car. Before we drove away, I asked the lady if I could get some hot sauce. She assured me that it was already in the bag, so we parked and started to eat. However, when we checked the bag, there was no hot sauce to be found.

I decided to drive back around and ask for the hot sauce again. This time, the lady seemed annoyed and threw the sauce at me without saying a word. I thanked her and told her to have a nice day, but I couldn't help feeling a bit put off by her behavior.

As someone who works in a grocery store and hears complaints all day, I know how important it is to treat customers with respect and kindness. It's never okay to lie to a customer or treat them rudely, especially when they're just asking for something as simple as hot sauce.

Overall, I still enjoy KFC's food, but I hope that the employees can work on their customer service skills. It's important to remember that customers are the reason why businesses like KFC exist in the first place, and they deserve to be treated with kindness and respect.

KFC KFC's Carelessness with Allergies: A Dangerous Experience and Disappointing Compensation

I went to KFC with my husband and unfortunately had a terrible experience. My husband had informed the staff several times about my allergy, but they still managed to put the ingredient I was allergic to on my potatoes. I was very disappointed and scared because I almost died from it. The manager had assured us that they were being cautious, but clearly they were not.

To make matters worse, they only sent me a $20 check as compensation. It felt like a slap in the face and showed that they didn't care about my well-being. I was so angry that I didn't want to eat at this place ever again. The only reason I gave them a chance was because my husband wanted to go.

If you have any allergies, I suggest you skip this place because they clearly don't care if they put your life in danger. I will be contacting a lawyer to speak to the CEO and demand an apology. It's unacceptable for a restaurant to be so careless with their customers' health.

KFC Service

I was standing in the queue as i was only 1 to order.. theres about 3 staff at the front counter none asked me for my order.

I understand i saw a technical breakdown on on water dispenser but at least basic customer service to ask for my orders or even tell me to wait for a moment.. the 2 staffs out of the 3 just look at me a bluntly just ignore and keep talking amongst themselves. Ive waited for about 5 minutes and make me feel that im not even there.. its such a disgrace for a fnb customer service . I myself have been in customer service industry for a long time. And such attitude from the group of staff is very rude and unprofessional

Desired outcome: Whatever the outcome is.. please advice them or disciplinary action. Customers are not always right but theres always a thing called customer service in service industry..

KFC KFC out of chicken

This is the third time I Have contacted KFC with a complaint. On June 8th, at 6PM, I went into KFC for a sit down supper at Rice Lake Wis (54868) KFC. I ordered 2 snack boxes of extra crispy chicken, and was then told it would be a 5 minute wait, they were out of chicken, then was told the extra crispy chicken would be 10 minutes. This is not the first time this has happened. I feel compensation is in order. I think a gift certificate should be given.

KFC My complaint is about what I observed at a store

On 06/ 18/ 2023, I observed, No food handlers were using gloves to serve food, Not sure what the policy is for that,Two, I observed one employee reaching into his pockets several times for his cell phone and at one point reaching into the french fry batch eating fries direct out of the batch and then went back to his pocket for his phone, Surely seeing that was a turn off

KFC Chicken and Biscuits

Bought KFC for my hubby today thinking he could eat the chicken. He has cancer...Bought both of us 2 piece chicken dinners with 2 sides each. The green beans and slaw were good. The chicken was so small. We got 2 thighs each. I think they came off of a newborn chicken. So small, very little meat and the worst part was that the skin was soooo greasy...it was like it was sitting in a pot of grease... Disgusting! The Biscuits were so small...maybe the size of silver dollars. And for $24... I could have eaten better at McDonalds...I'll never go back...This was our 3rd visit to this KFC and I don't know why we can't get a decent meal for a reasonable price from KFC.

KFC Gift card

I purchased several gift cards for kids for the summer, I used one of the gift cards at the Westchester illinois location and I had a dollar left on the card, and I was informed I couldn’t use the card anymore. After several attempts and being declined several times. She gave me my biscuit back and took the gift card with the dollar and the 32 cents.! I sent several emails and no one responded back to me after reaching out several times. I want to know will my gift cards go in the garbage if all the money isn’t spent? And will you be willing to donate some gift cards to my event for the kids
