On 7/24/2023 at 8:25 pm I went to Logansport, IN location. The pot pie was listed as the special for the night. I ordered it and was told it would be at least a 20 minute wait. I didn’t want anything else as I had a recent oral surgery and couldn’t eat anything else except side dishes. So I left without ordering anything else. I went to another restaurant, my party spent $35 there. Your restaurant lost out on that income all because you didn’t have your special ready. You are a fast food restaurant and I would think you would have started making more when you sold the last one and made it less of a wait. I may not visit KFC again.

Desired outcome: Have your special ready to go. Maybe offer an incentive to visit again.
