KFC review: Extremely rude supervisor and employee's at the Buckeye Arizona location

Good day to you. My daughter and grandkids visited the KFC in Buckeye, AZ this morning and were treated very rudely. I called the manager to express my feelings and she was extremely rude as well. The young lady taking the drive thru orders, told my my grandson, that his mom was a [censored], all because they gave my daughter the wrong food. All she asked for, was for her order to be corrected.

Desired outcome: They need to be fired, there is NO reason in the world that they would need to cuss at a child. I should of called the police, our grandson is very upset....
