KFC review: 3 piece chicken meal

First, there were two people taking my order. The first one would talk and then there would be a different voice speaking into the speaker. I placed my order for a three-piece chicken meal, with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. When I drove up to the window the employees were not wearing gloves, their masks were all down on their chins to accept the kid at the window. He however did not have gloves on. I asked three times for the receipt. The other person shouted at me that she gave it to me. Ok, I get home with my meal I open the box to my surprise there were two thighs no bigger than the palm of my hand (I have small hands) and 1 leg the three-piece is a breast a leg, and a thigh. The biscuit was hard like yesterday's. The coleslaw was a day or so old. While waiting at the window I noticed there was an overfull warming bin full of fried chicken just sitting there with the door opened. They were not busy and didn't appear to have been busy all day as I live nearby and after passing it several times noticed no cars parked or inline. So why so much chicken was prepared ahead of time I would like to know. This KFC used to be a very busy place and the chicken was always hot and fresh-made, Not the case anymore. Every time I drive by there the manager and some employees are outside smoking and having fun. This KFC has been like this since they remodeled a couple of years ago. I don't know who the manager is or who owns this franchise, but something needs to be done about this one before someone gets seriously sick. One last note to add the oil stinks I could smell it through the service window. Good luck I sincerely hope something is done to save this KFC. It is the only one in Auburn as we are a very small town. Mary H.
