Im selling products in Tuktok. And many time happen that ur company ciurier person dont contact with custmer and return our product and wrote ther reason that custmer refused to recived. Thwn custmer complain us for that tell that he/ she did not refused. Whjle courier did not contact custmer. One of them is i am sharing now conversation with custmer and ur courier.
