Perangai sangat biadap hantar barang hanya campak saja atas meja tanpa tanya atau cari tuan punya barang, sy bekerja di pharmacy ada ramai orang, kalau macam ni kerja dia hantar barang baik berhentikan saja . Pernah sekali dia hantar barang bila ditanya atas nama siapa ? Dia boleh jawab 'Tak tau lah siapa punya ni, lain kali letak nama kedai !, n then when i see the parcel terang2 sudah tulis nama penuh + alamat + nama pharmacy .. dia buta atau tak reti buat kerja? So please ajar atau warning dia, kalau boleh berhenti saja, kalau perangai macam tu tak guna. MY21844359473 - boleh check today dia ada hantar parcel ni.
Late delivery
My parcels has arrived at Bintulu LDC Drop Point [protected]) since 21 Nov 2021. Until today, there is no movement of my parcel. It's everyday update is 'On Hold', out of droppoint's business hour and delivery delayed due to external factors. I Please fix this issue

I paid the cod amount of 880 as I was thinking that it was the order that I placed with the above mentioned online store. When I opened the package it was a wrong item and it was not the shoe that I ordered. Since you were the ones who delivered it, and I dont know the sender since I think my info was scammed from shoppee as my original order was cancelled all of the sudden, I want you to return my money and the item to the sende

my parcel stuck at j&t warehouse at bintulu sarawak. they dont want to delivery my parcel and requested me to go to their warehouse to take the parcel. the problem is i've told them that i doesnt have a transport to go to their warehouse. its THEIRS JOB TO DELIVERY IT NOT HOLD IT. its should've delivery to me on 3/11 but now is 21/11. pls do something.

Very bad delivery system
I send out the parcel on 10 November 2021but today is 21 November 2021. When I calling J&Ta few times, they said they will manage to delivery asap, but the parcel still on Drop point LDC Port Klang 611 for almost 2 weeks. It's effecting my business. Very bad service and bad attitude ! your service need some serious implementation ! Also please share your managers contact number so I can legally file a report. U may have some delivery problems but that is your problem not mine. U owe me an explanation.

I use J&T to send golf equipment that I sell.
A friend sent a parcel on Thursday, Nov 11 (MORNING), I still haven't received yet!
PUTRAJAYA TO PJ!
And your online chat DOES NOT WORK. Even calling your hotline is frustrating, can never get to speak to your staff.
This is very BAD SERVICE.
You may have some delivery problems but that is your problem, not mine. You owe me an explanation.

This has been stuck there for a free king long time. It is effecting my buiness. Please redirect it to the sender in kota kemuning. And please share your manager's number so I can legally file a report. Your service needs some serious emplimentation. Was going to use you guys for moving house to Melbourne thank god I did not.

Parcel saya masih tiada update sejak 5 Nov 2021 sehingga hari ini, laporan sudah dilakukan sebanyak tiga kali tapi tiada perubahan, saya memerlukan parcel saya dengan segera.

Mr.Walid has a bad customer service and very LC. Mr.Walid's personality really got some problem pls take notes on this staff.
Very disappointed on JnT service because of Mr.Walid.
Pls make sure Mr.Walid get a proper training before serve customer.

My parcel was on hold at LDC Nilai 3 611...but i need my parcel as soon as posibble.. I called them but no one pick up that Phone..
