This courier returned my orders to the seller without even contacting me that they are going to deliver. I received a text message the day before that I have a parcel to be delivered the next day but they stated in shoppe that i re scheduled it? Then the next day they didn't even delivered and contacted me and the number they provided can't even be contacted. Suddenly I will just find out that my parcels were sent back to the seller. Like what the? I hope you would be able to resolve issues with courier personnel. Very bad service. J&T express in iloilo, do screen your delivery personnel well.

My assigned delivery rider claims i haven't picked up his calls. I didn't even receive a call only the j&t automated message. I have updated the seller since the first delivery attempt day. I even tried to reach out the number provided to me by j&t automated text message. No response. Then on the second day of delivery attempt which was today as im writing this, i do the same. I try to reach out to the assigned rider, i update the seller but still no packages or response from the rider. I try to reach out again around 7pm when my assigned delivery rider decides to respond. He claims that i never answered his calls and that im only responding now to him. So im like wow is he for real when i have all the screenshots and proof doing my part as the receiver with previous text messages of me trying to reach him and him responding with "he tried to call me so many times but i only responded now". After sending him all my proof he did not reply anymore coz he's obviously guilty of not doing his job properly. Why would i lie about not getting a call when im the one who's trying my best to reach out and eager to receive my package. If i received a call i wouldn't be trying everything to get in touch with j&t. I always avoid j&t because i had a handful of bad experiences in the past and they take forever to deliver but i recently ordered from tiktok live which only supported j&t courier so i had no choice. I did have some normal deliveries in the past and most of them show up even without trying to call me or notify me in advance. They didn't use an excuse like this one. So I'm sure its just this one delivery guy too lazy to do his job. Very unprofessional.

Sudah berapa kali kena macam ni... Pintu gate tertutup rider langsung tak call, terus bawa balik parcel ke hub dia.. Lepas tu 3 4 minggu baru hantar balik, dalam status pandai pandai update letak "inaccessible location". Rider yang cover area ttdi kuala lumpur.. Sila ambil tindakan rider macam ni.

This courier returned my orders to the seller without even contacting me that they are going to deliver. The first attempt was by Noeh Esrael (he didnt even text or called) and the second one was Carlen Dela Torre. He told me that he rescheduled my delivery today but when i checked the office, they said that my parcel was already sent back to Metro Manila.
