J&T Express

I send a parcel with phone and clothes to my friend. But when He received that time the packet was open and someone just rapping it. He checked in front of the delivery boy but no phone inside. I contact with them but no one wants to take responsibility even they didn't help. How can I get back my phone? I have CCTV footage while he was opening the packet.

J&T express is the best courier service in malaysia... But nowadays their delivery services quite bad especially at Gelugor and Bukit Gambir area. My parcel stuck since 31/12/2020 till now 15/1/2021.. I called the dispatcher but he didn't pick up the phone!.. Then I went directly to the hub (Gelugor PEN 303) but there is no one.. They clear up the things all and change the place.. Now I don't know where they went.. The dispatcher still don't want to pick up the call.. I need the new locations so that I can go n take my parcel by my own... Have to improve their service drastically! Before this also they did the same thing... My parcel reached the hub around 1 month but I didn't get my parcel.. I called them so many times they said the parcel lost n we r trying to search.. After that they call me n said they found the parcel edy can u come n get it.. They suppose to deliver but they ask me to come n take.. Isokay bcus of valuable thing I go n take my parcel.. The condition of my parcel is very terrible.. The parcel tears apart! They said wrongly put in other sections n cause my parcel like that.. Haishh.. I think there is something wrong with the people at J&T.. Plzz improve ur service ASAP... Bcus u r a trusted courier service

J&t is the best service provider in malaysia... But nowadays thier delivery services quite bad especially at batu pahat area. Arrived at yong peng hub take several days and depart from yong peng hub to sri gading hub it takes 2 days to arrive. And sri gading keep my parcel almost 2 days... Now I am haven't get my parcel yet. Have to improve drastically

There are many times delivery staff just put the item at Coop shop without inform me that cost me another RM 1.

Barang dari 8hb -12hb tak hntar2 ke rumah.. Hold trus katanya cuaca buruk.. Tuan punya barang nak terbang sabah sdah.. Call pun tak angkat2.. Membebel iklan je memanjang,. Kalau boleh hantar hari ini secepat mungkin.. Tq

The deliver guy wants to deliver to me at yesterday but yet I'm not at home yet . I told the guy I'm sorry I'm not at home yet but the guy told me that " how do I know you at home or not ?" . Does jnt provide these poor training service ? How do I complain to headquarters ? The delivery guy even wrote on my parcel.

I bought stuff from KL (51200) that needs to be delivered to me in Gerisek ( 84700 ). The seller used J&T Express to deliver.

As you will see on the tracking my parcel has been sent to various places, over the last 7 days, around me all with various reasons for not delivering.

Still the complaint agent told me they will escalate my issue.

Penghantar barang telah mencampak barang saya walaupon cuaca tidak hujan dan penghuni ada dirumah.. Seller da tampal sticker tolong hantar barang dengan baik pon xdiendah.. Menyakitkan hati.. Parcel saya [protected].. Kdh301 ni no tempat pengeposan barang saya..

The workers called me and ask me to come down, I tell him that bi had a small kid and I asked the things is big or small… He told me that just a small thing but when k came down with my child, it's a 30gallon water tub with 20liter of trash can… I need to carried it until third floor with my small baby crying… That guy just saw me and leave me just like that… This is not a good service at all

Dah banyak kali hantar parcel customers pakai jnt, balik2 asyik damaged and lost in transit je! Dah kenapa? Buat kerja tak jujur eh? Post dari jnt prk017 smpai prk999 okay lagi lepastu sampai jnt pjs999 terus damaged? Nampak sangat mencuri ke memang sengaja curi tulang. Sedih servis courier macam haram.

hi. i have a bought an item from Shopee with J&T Express the delivery agent.
The incident details are as below:

The dispatch called my mobile 019-3868976 informing he is waiting at the guard house to delivery my item (above details).
However i am not around at the time and requested for reschedule delivery in the evening when I'm around.
But, the dispatch refused and asked me to collect the item at J&T hub instead.
I have informed the dispatch that I have stated in the remarks of the Delivery Order when I purchased online to call me 1 hour prior to delivery as i may not be around (Please do not expect people to wait 24/7 for delivery).
The dispatch mentioned whatever and closed the phone.

Later (29Dec2020 around 2100hrs), I checked (chat online with J&T Express Live Agent - Taufiq) with J&T Express online via https://www.jtexpress.my/- on my item's status.
The J&T Express Live Agent told me that the status parcel has been return back to seller shopee.
When I inquired whether this is the process for 1st unsuccessful delivery, Taufiq mentioned he will highlight to the management with the Complain reference as the J&T Express Tracking ID 624161895965 (not sure whether this is the truth but he insisted there is no Complain ID).
This raise question as to how do I know this has actually been highlighted accordingly?
And he refer me to complain to 'help@support.shopee.com.my'.

Hi. Im Najihah from Melaka. Today just got my parcel delivery through J&T. Unfortunately, this is my second time receive my parcel without handling properly to my own hands! Your courier service really bad. Supposedly you should hand over to me by right but your man just throw my parcel on the floor and that kind of action was very rude for me. Please improve!

Hai, just want to ask..
My parcel went missing but unfortunately, it arrived at a wrong house. I know abt this when the person who received the parcel contact me and told that she got two parcel inc mine. So she did sent it back to jnt to post it back to me. The problem is, why did i need to pay RM8.50 because it is not my fault. I already paid RM4.66 for postage. I kinda dissappointed because i love my RM8.50 🥲🥲🥲

kenapa barang saya dah 9 hari xsampai2 lagi dan masih dekat transit air freight 999... barang yg kedua sy order 4 hari sda sampai ... barang petama xsampai2 lagi

semalam J&T call saya suruh turun bawah ambil barang bila turun J&T tiada rupanya dia ke alamat lama sedangkan sender dah call J&T untuk perbetulkan alamat parcel dan bila sender call J&T bagitau barang dah saya terima sedangkan barang tak terima lagi sebab J&T hantar ke alamat yang saya yang lama dan saya tak duduk kat situ lagi .

Status no tracking tunjuk barang da delivered, tapi takde sorang pun yg duduk di alamat yg dihantar terima apa2 barang dari jnt, bila chat dgn live agent, tak dilayan bila call jnt pun tak diangkat, bazir rm3 utk call sahaja, saya cuma nak tahu nama penerima barang saya tu kalau betul2 dah hantar, tapi keadaan makin susah bila tiada respon dari jnt
