Attitude of postman
My parcel id:[protected], since I couldn't track my parcel on j&t website, so I do not know when will my parcel arrive. Today, my parcel is arrived but i'm not at home because I fail to track my parcel. I do not know whether is the error of j&t website or not? But the attitude of postman is so bad! He even scolds my sister! I'm here to purchase something, not being scolded by the bad postman! I hope relevant authority can look into this case, especially the bad attitude of your worker, I am the customer, not his family or relatives that can torelate his bad attitude

This afternoon when I was not expecting a parcel delivery yet suddenly heard a loud thumb but to went out surprisingly saw a parcel being thrown/drop from atop. Luckily the items inside did not break !

I am to receive a parcel from Shoppee today (2nd attempt). I asked the rider (Ryan Divinagracia) if he could re-deliver the parcel in the afternoon since I am not yet in the office. It was around 11am when I texted him. He said that he could no longer do that since he was already done delivering for the day. So I asked him if I could just pick up the parcel from their hub. And he said yes. He told me that the parcel will be tagged RTS if I could not claim it until 5pm. I went to their office at 3:30PM to get my parcel but he told me that they already tagged it as RTS and that I could no longer claim it. This is very much unacceptable. Deliveries should until be 5PM and there should be 3 attempts before the parcel is tagged RTS. They should have allowed me to claim my parcel since I needed it for work.

Parcels delivered to wrong address and placed at the gate without any document's signature and name.
I got notification from shopee that my parcels have arrived and delivered to my address. J&t also gave picture as proof of delivery but it is clearly not my house based on picture sent and the recepient is obviously not me since I'm at work at that time. What I dumbfounded are that the parcels only been left at the gate without any confirmation. My tracking number is [protected].

The items is in purple sacks. It should be delivered to me last May 18. but is was tagged lost, so accgd so Customer Agent, there's no movement so it was tagged as lost. I called the warehouse (laguna), they said that the parcel is in the warehouse, they couldnt delivered the item because it was tagged as lost . They said that it should be the J&T Urdaneta filed the report, the that branch is not coordinating. We want to deliver the parcels to us. We need that. And on the first place, why do the 2 parcels with weight of 45 kgs each lost in that very short time ? We believe that items were not lost, this was also confirmed by J&T personnel in Laguna. This is so frustrating ! Hope you can help me.

The rider called me 3:24PM while I was in Clark Pampanga with my family. I answered his called and told him 20 minutes I will be home, and I said if he can come back to deliver it at home, and he agreed. Before 20 minutes I was home and waited. 4:30 PM I message him he did not reply. If he cannot do what he promised he should told me that he cannot do it. Like him my time is precious. It was also indicated on the remarks on Shopee

PLEASE DELIVER 8:30 AM ONLY check it as a proof. Because 8:40 onwards no one is available at home.
Sincerely and respectfully yours - Do not please do not remove the rider just tell him to be true to his words. I know his time is precious during his delivery time, so was mine. That is the reason I made the remarks to seller to have it deliver at specific time.
Almost two weeks no update
My item already arrived at SGR GATEWAY by 18/5/2021 and until today 25/5/2021 that item isn't move at all. I've already contacted to j&t customer service so many time but they give me the same answer. ‘They already reported my complaint' but nothing happened. Why it takes soo long time haa? You claims that you're J&T EXPRESS! but what is express do you mean? That item is very important you know. My boss really made at me. Im soo upset about this. This is my first time using j&t and you guys give me such a bad expression. Honestly, this could be my first and last.
Desired outcome: Your customer service also out. There’s no number phone to call, online chat taking soo long time. Ahh soo many things thats annoyed me. Everything is annoyed.

Servis sangat teruk
Jnt cawangan tambunan perlu baris panjang dan berjam-jam. Jam 4.30 ptg org masih berbaris panjnag siap halau org tak mau ambil tracking number lagi. Staff pun tidak beradab siap gaduh dengan pelanggan. Menjerit- jerit dalam premis. Panggil nama org pun jerit dan mengeluarkan kata-kata kesat.
Desired outcome: Perbaiki servis dan berhentikan staff yang tidak bermoral.
Lack of management
Taking too long to proceed the delivery.. Stock has been record arrived in Labuan with status departed from station J&T SBH_GATEWAY04 and arrived at AIR LABUAN 501. When I choose to self collect, they said "Belum turun lori" and "nothing we can do"... Its more than 10 days without update status, what kind of answer of that? The reality is they are not doing their job!

Rude malay girl working at j&t aman puri branch customer service counter
Hi J&T Express,
I am very disappointed on Customer Service Counter at Aman Puri, Kepong Branch, there is a Rude Malay Girl working at the counter, raise her voice to me like she is the boss there, and ask "APA BARANG DALAM!", I reply nicely with a lower voice, what inside my parcel, she was like piss off, roll her eyes, and show me her annoying eye contact to me even though she wear a mask. I didn't do anything wrong, I am the customer, I just want to send my parcel that's it, and I pay for the service, done everything nicely in my apps, her job is just scan my barcode and give me the bill to pay. No patient at all! I talk nicely also get scold by her, what is wrong with her.
I highly recommend J&T Company please don't hire this kind of people, if she can't talk to customer nicely don't put her at counter to work! She is not suitable for this JOB!
Now is MCO period, we only can go to our nearest courier at Aman puri, we choose J&T because we trust J&T for the courier service but not this kind of bad attitude, rude malay girl at the counter to serve us like this way.
Appreciate it, Please Take An Action regarding to this issues. Here is some prove of other customers also treat by her like what I experienced. This is not her first time.
Shouldnt involved race in the comment title. The manager/lead play important role ensuring customer service hospitality among team is up to the required standard in any public related service. Some training and refresher should be invest in uprising the standard

My parcels ( [protected], [protected] & [protected] ) are not delivered even that they are in Kuching for few days already.
One of them has the status of uncontrollable situation, while the others are on hold. It is very rare to wait for this long as usually, J&T is quite fast in delivering parcels once it has arrived CDC KUCHING 301. The parcels will be send the next day once it arrived in the centre
