The rider called me 3:24PM while I was in Clark Pampanga with my family. I answered his called and told him 20 minutes I will be home, and I said if he can come back to deliver it at home, and he agreed. Before 20 minutes I was home and waited. 4:30 PM I message him he did not reply. If he cannot do what he promised he should told me that he cannot do it. Like him my time is precious. It was also indicated on the remarks on Shopee

PLEASE DELIVER 8:30 AM ONLY check it as a proof. Because 8:40 onwards no one is available at home.

Sincerely and respectfully yours - Do not please do not remove the rider just tell him to be true to his words. I know his time is precious during his delivery time, so was mine. That is the reason I made the remarks to seller to have it deliver at specific time.

My item already arrived at SGR GATEWAY by 18/5/2021 and until today 25/5/2021 that item isn't move at all. I've already contacted to j&t customer service so many time but they give me the same answer. ‘They already reported my complaint' but nothing happened. Why it takes soo long time haa? You claims that you're J&T EXPRESS! but what is express do you mean? That item is very important you know. My boss really made at me. Im soo upset about this. This is my first time using j&t and you guys give me such a bad expression. Honestly, this could be my first and last.

My parcel tracking number [protected] sent off labuan 4 may 2021. Arrive labuan 8 may 2021. Till now status tracking still hold for delivery. So dissatisfied with this status. I'm try to get call customer service and labuan branch. But I'm can't get thru. I'm looking forward my parcel to deliver to receiver without delayed anymore. Your organisation is big name supposed this not happened to customer. Pls take an action on your staff if this their neglection. Pls expedite my parcel. Tq

Jnt cawangan tambunan perlu baris panjang dan berjam-jam. Jam 4.30 ptg org masih berbaris panjnag siap halau org tak mau ambil tracking number lagi. Staff pun tidak beradab siap gaduh dengan pelanggan. Menjerit- jerit dalam premis. Panggil nama org pun jerit dan mengeluarkan kata-kata kesat.

Taking too long to proceed the delivery.. Stock has been record arrived in Labuan with status departed from station J&T SBH_GATEWAY04 and arrived at AIR LABUAN 501. When I choose to self collect, they said "Belum turun lori" and "nothing we can do"... Its more than 10 days without update status, what kind of answer of that? The reality is they are not doing their job!

my parcel till now havent reach KL

I have send customer parcel on 17th may 2021 by 5pm order id [protected], but till now no record for shipment i have drop it puchong utama branch. I have walk in again to check they said check thw status again after 1 or 2 working days.please check on this

I am very disappointed on Customer Service Counter at Aman Puri, Kepong Branch, there is a Rude Malay Girl working at the counter, raise her voice to me like she is the boss there, and ask "APA BARANG DALAM!", I reply nicely with a lower voice, what inside my parcel, she was like piss off, roll her eyes, and show me her annoying eye contact to me even though she wear a mask. I didn't do anything wrong, I am the customer, I just want to send my parcel that's it, and I pay for the service, done everything nicely in my apps, her job is just scan my barcode and give me the bill to pay. No patient at all! I talk nicely also get scold by her, what is wrong with her.
I highly recommend J&T Company please don't hire this kind of people, if she can't talk to customer nicely don't put her at counter to work! She is not suitable for this JOB!
Now is MCO period, we only can go to our nearest courier at Aman puri, we choose J&T because we trust J&T for the courier service but not this kind of bad attitude, rude malay girl at the counter to serve us like this way.
Appreciate it, Please Take An Action regarding to this issues. Here is some prove of other customers also treat by her like what I experienced. This is not her first time.

My parcels ( [protected], [protected] & [protected] ) are not delivered even that they are in Kuching for few days already.
One of them has the status of uncontrollable situation, while the others are on hold. It is very rare to wait for this long as usually, J&T is quite fast in delivering parcels once it has arrived CDC KUCHING 301. The parcels will be send the next day once it arrived in the centre

The worst delivery service I have ever seen!
I am still waiting for my package 10 days after it arrived in Singapore.
Very difficult to reach them by email, chat or phone.
And when you talk to someone, they don't solve your problem.
If you are a business, don't use this company because you will lose customers.
And if you are a customer, you will never receive your package.

I want to claim for damage parcel under J&T Express.

10 May - My mother sent me boxes of food and expected to arrive on 11 or
12 May (because my mother paid more for fast delivery)(I do not mind if my parcel arrived late than expected as long as the parcel is in good condition)

13 May - I got a call at 6:04PM from J&T crew member saying that my parcel has been bitten by rat and asked me to do a self collect at J&T Express Georgetown 309. (I decided to come on 17/18 May since I am having Eid Mubarak's leave.)

17 May
- I got an unfriendly call asking about when I am going to do self collect my parcel and mentioned J&T will throw away my parcel if I did not come.
- I arrived at J&T around 5:57 PM and I was really upset when I saw my parcel is outside of the store while queuing for self pick up line. (I personally think this is very rude attitude from J&T staff. How come you can treat customer's parcel like a rubbish?)

no tracking [protected] parcel stuck di transit center sabah gateway 04 (uncontrollable situation)ambil masa yg sangat lama seller post dari 01 may 2021 until now 17 may 2021 belum sampai2 still stuck there .how?

I bought something from Shopee on 6/5 and it was shipped on 7/5. They wrongly shipped it to Klang, making me wait longer. Then, the parcel has arrived in Seri Kembangan, but it is still on hold for the 4th day now and the reason is "Uncontrollable Situation". I regretted using J&T. This is not the first time my parcel was stuck either. It's not worth using J&T if they still keep holding my parcel. The estimated time of delivery was 11/5.

Issue: Parcel at Outbound Transit since 7 days ago.
Chronology:
1) J&T picked up parcel from seller = 5th May
2) Inbound transit centre = 5th May
3) Outbound transit centre = 7th May (10pm)
STATUS 15th MAY = PARCEL STILL HAVEN'T ARRIVED!
Please check & advise where exactly this parcel? can i go self collect? When is estimated arrival?
If its lost, i want to demand refund since the value is RM1, 109.

They talk harshly with the customer. Not properly.
I hate that.Please replace this drop point with another one. Please.

My parcels stuck at the store and the system notified 2 times that 'Delivery attempt was unsuccessful: Melebihi Waktu Operasi drop point: Keadaan Khas. I've been at home all this week and no one from J&T ever came to deliver it. What is the meaning with Keadaan Khas? Tracking number is: [protected] and [protected]. On website also don't have any contact number of the store. Please send my item asap. Thank you.

My parcel does not have any update for this few days. It was ship at 5 may and until mow it was stuck at air freight 999. My other parcel that ship on 7 may had already received. The issue is my current parcel was stuck, its been a week now. I had chat the agent yet no one call me yet, and I call the hotline service and can't connect to any agent.

- Delivery of goods exceeds the scheduled delivery time.
- My parcel did not arrive until now from the date given, stuck in MIRi and no progress until now
- Hopefully get any feedback or information about my parcels and this never happens against

Parcel was sent out on 7 May and according to tracking, it arrived at J&T CDC AMPANG JAYA 302 on 8 Aug at time 9.11pm.
Status in J&T tracking shows ON HOLD and reason is OUT OF DROPPOING BUSINESS HOUR.
But today is already Tue, working day and status is not updated yet.

The branch published tel no. was not in working condition (cant contact them) and not even J&T it self.
I have read a lot of google review about this branch which is prone to holding parcels and other bad services.
