delivery j & t courier kuala klawang negeri sembilan often does not reach my house. They always put delivery items at a nearby school even though they know my home residence. For this time I can not wait because incidents like this often happen sometimes heavy goods too he put it there and told me to take it myself.

Pickup for me is never on time! I booked the 9am-12pm slot but runner did not arrive even at 8pm. I can't always be waiting at home for them to pickup the items. Usually they arrive between 5pm-6pm even though I specifically book the morning slot. This is getting really frustrating as i have to cancel appointments and stuck at home to not miss the runner.

The parcel has been shipped on December 5, 2020 and yet I received any update from JT. My customer started to complain why there's no update from JT. I have checked with the drop point supervisor but there's no further action to help on this. This is not the first time I faced this issue. Receiver and me have an unpleasant experience with JT service, please suggest any ction for this issue. Airway bill has attached for your reference. This is not the first time JT giving this kind of response, no update to customer, parcel is missing and no update at all. Same goes to the HQ support email, what is the purpose of having this email if there was no reply to your customer?

This was the third time im facing the same problem with J&T express LUKUT. Item not sent but the status of delivery was updated Delivered and got the notification through my email about the same.

Please take seriously to resolve the matter as they keep repeating the same problem again and again. The branch telephone number ([protected]) will never get through all the time to get connect with the person there.

My purchase with Shopee, J&T tracking number [protected] shipping information shown Parcel has been successfully delivered on 10/12/2020. Pls provide me to show the person who received the parcel.

Sent my parcel using J&T Tawau branch on 13.11.2020. Complaint last week they asked for a week time to investigate. Today 12.12.2020 chat with them again, just been informed its LOST. Then ask me to go to branch to claim. BS. See you in small claim court, J&T.

The item was shipped on 6 of Dec but until now they haven't any update yet and the customer service lady keep asking me to wait up to 5 days?! Do you think I pay that much fee more than poslaju just to get my item stuck for days? Please get this problem resolve. It's very important to have it arrived to Sabah.

Saya menerima bungkusan saya pada jam 2pm hari ini dan mendapati bahawa bungkusan tersebut telah koyak di bahagian tepi bungkusan. Koyak bukan sahaja di bahagian luar tetapi mengakibatkan 2 helai baju di dalam bungkusan juga turut koyak,

Saya ingin membuat tuntuan ganti rugi terhadap dua baju yang rosak tersebut.

Please teach your dispatch how to speak with respectful with customer, dont so rude. Call and ask me to go out to pickup at the other place, we pay your service to dispatch as per address ok. Please take necessary action to your rude staff by immidiately. Next time i will recording and viral it.

Perkhidmatan di jnt cawangan kluang terlalu strict. Mereka minta kami mendedahkan brgn yg akn dipos Tetapi bila didedahkan, brg tersebut tidak boleh dipos sebab jnt tidak mahu bertanggungjawab. Items yg ditolak
1. Kek free gift dr tupeware yg mn expiry date due 2022.
Utk pengetahuan, kek ni packaging by tupperware Hq, x mungkin basi atau rosak.
2. Dokumen pertukaran tempat ujian lesen memandu. Di tolak dgn alasan dokumen penting, jnt xnk bertanggungjawab. Utk apa kami guna servis jnt klu kami x yakin.

Kemudian,
Items perlu dibuka utk didedahkan saru persatu. kemudian ditolak utk proses seterusnya. Kami kecewa

Kami fhm peraturan/SOP pihak jnt. Tapi urusan jnt branch lain tidak sestrict branch kluang.

Kami mohon, jnt semak balik perkara2 ini. Staff perlu jg privasi brg yg akn dipos bkn didedhkam satu persatu. Ramai yg gagal utk dpt servis disebabkn servis..

Hi, I'm here to complain about the service of J&T Express service. J&T always give their best for the customer but not this time. My parcel stuck at the courier for 3 days already. The parcel that supposed to arrived 3 days ago just stuck at the same courier. I'm so disappointed with this.I hope there will be further action on this. This is the tracking number [protected]

Hye... I just want to inform that I really like j&t express due to its superb and faster delivery which is so sufficient with its cheaper price rather than others. But recently, I really disappointed about the service. I dont know whether its the company fault or the runner fault. I just check my order and being informed that my order is being delivered by courier on 3/12/2020 (thursday). But until now, 8/12/2020 (tuesday), the parcel is not still arrive yet eventhough its already delivered for 5 daysss!. I hope that my parcel can arrive soon and please fix the issue as soon as possible. Really disappointed.

J&T at Taman Melati, the employees advised and confirmed that cut off time should be before 5pm. Usually I send the parcels to be shipped out on the same day without issue, send at 4.45pm still can catch up the same day shipping. However on 7/12/2020 I send the parcels at 4:30pm the parcels have not scanned and never shipped. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. Online business has been jeopardized when J&T simply changed cut off time and causing lots of complaint from online customers. I need the manager to explain why their employees failed to adhere to the cut off time appropriately and giving such promises of before 5pm on the same day shipment is confirmed?

I received a parcel from the floor not from the delivery guy.
The delivery guy throw the parcel instead hands on to Customer without informed. What is the point of state the mobile no. on the parcel.

I am very unhappy that delivery guy did not respect the parcel of the customer and not professional.

Your delivery man/runner not sending my item at front door. The point I buy online coz I dont want to go out. 3 to 4 time your staff just keep my item in the post box. That was not good!

Barang saya dekat 1mnggu lebih belum d hantar. Sedangkan perjalanan Kk-tawau. Asik out of droppoint's business hour. Bila d coll tanya cakap barang tu dah dlm van lah itu lah ini lah!

Penghantaran lambat dan service penghantaran betul-betul kurang ajar dan percakapan yang kurang sopan
